Villa Dream - Gorgeous FIVE-Bedroom - Amazing Pool facing a Lake

The incredible Villa Dream at Storey Lake Resort in Kissimmee, Florida is one of our more stylish and extravagant rentals here at Venator Villas. This location is only fifteen minutes away from Walt Disney World and just twenty-five minutes away from Universal Studios and can host up to twelve guests.

Should you choose to rent Villa Dream, your family and friends will also have the use of Storey Lake Resorts clubhouse and all the amenities that go with it including a marvelous resort style pool that features a spa, two different waterslides with a lazy river and the splash pad water park area for our younger guests to play! The full-sized gym and exercise center with several machines is available to you and your guests as well. There is also free access to our fantastic beach sand volleyball and basketball courts if you’re feeling competitive, playground for the kids and a magnificent putting green for the golfers and lake side dock access for boating.

This signature villa has a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, one of which comes with a king-sized bed and private bathroom. The other has a queen-sized bed. On the second floor, there is an additional room with a king-sized bed and two other rooms, one of which has a Minions theme with two twin beds and the other has a Mickey Mouse theme with two queen-sized beds. There is also a ping pong table located in the garage!

The fully functioning and modernized gourmet kitchen has a breakfast bar along with a stove, microwave, dishwasher and all the dishware, crockery, and cutlery you need to create meals for yourselves, if you want to take a break from the several restaurants in the area.

Your time at Villa Dream includes a small dining area outside and right next to your own private pool so you can swim or relax in the privacy of your own home as well as full cable television, Wi-Fi high speed internet and local phone calls. You will also have access to full laundry facilities with a washer and dryer as well as fresh towels and linens which will be provided upon your arrival!

* POOL HEATING/HOT TUB: Cab can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of $50/night with a minimum 48 hours prior notice to the check-in date. Please keep in mind that since the Hot Tub is connected to the pool they do not operate independently.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit: each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, one toilet roll and 1 trash bag; in the kitchen: 1 dish detergent, 1 dishwasher capsule, 1 sponge, 1 paper towel, 1 trash bag . No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
* No wash cloths provided.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
