Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. The extra mattress offers an alternative sleeping arrangement and does not increase permitted occupancy.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Our renovated, fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided.

LIVING AND OUTDOOR SPACES
Relax in the spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, hardwood floors and a cozy gas fireplace. Enjoy three large Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi and a gaming console.

Step out onto either private deck to take in the mountain views or cook dinner on the gas BBQ. After a day of skiing, hiking or exploring the Village, unwind in your private sauna.

AN EXCEPTIONAL BLUE MOUNTAIN LOCATION
You're steps from the mountain and about a 5-minute walk from Blue Mountain Village, with its restaurants, shops and entertainment. Skiing, snowboarding, hiking, cycling and nearby Monterra Golf Course make Wintergreen a true four-season destination.

GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING
Guests have private access to the entire townhouse. Self check-in is available using the front-door keypad.

- Parking passes: Two passes are provided. Display them in your vehicle overnight to avoid tickets. Lost passes cost $75 each (management fee), so please return them.
- Extra parking: Search "P2 Lot" on Google Maps (across from the townhouses, not the Blue Mountain lot). It's $15 for 24 hours, cheaper than Blue Mountain parking, and there are more free lots nearby.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES

Strict no-party policy ($600 CAD violation charge)
Our townhouse is in a residential resort community. Parties, events, unauthorized gatherings and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Confirmed violations may result in a $600 CAD charge, subject to our rental agreement, applicable law and booking-platform rules. Serious violations may also result in termination of your stay.

Privacy-friendly noise monitoring
To protect our guests and neighbours, the property has a privacy-friendly noise-decibel monitor that measures sound level and duration only. It does not record audio, video or conversations. If excessive noise continues for an extended period, we receive an automatic notification and may contact you.

- Please respect our neighbours and community quiet hours.
- No smoking or vaping inside or immediately in front of the townhouse.
