Before selecting this rental property I did consider reviews. They were all very positive. Of course it’s objective and from our pov the property was good but not great/excellent. Certainly it was clean and everything worked, communication was good and per our research the area is well situated for our purposes. However there is a floor heating vent that has clearly broken and I almost fell to the ground when I was moving my chair and a leg went straight down the vent. The kitchen/ bathrooms are clean but dated, kitchen drawer front are loose, the front door lock isn’t properly secured and being in the lower level of the property you hear literally everything upstairs. For some reason there’s a pump that turns on every minute and runs day/ night. Must be pumping water from the foundation? It can become annoying. Also bring shampoo and soap as it’s not provided in the showers. Perhaps we’re being too fussy but when you consider how expensive it it to rent it would have been a better experience and treat to be in a more updated and modern facility.
