## Logement
Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, the bright, west-northwest-facing apartment features double glazing and air conditioning.
It also features an optimized space with large dressing room and includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a shower room,
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen
- and a lounge for relaxing after a day's walking.

You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including : Wifi, Television, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.
We do not provide spare sheets.

The apartment is ideally located 2 minutes' walk from the Bois-Colombes train station, from which you can be in the heart of Paris in 7 minutes, at Saint-Lazare, where the department stores (Galeries Lafayette and Printemps) are located.
If you're coming back from Paris late and there are no more trains to Bois-Colombes, you can take a train to Bécon-les-Bruyères (then a 10-15 minute walk to your accommodation).
You can also get to La Défense very quickly by taking the 178 bus, which passes just below the apartment.

For your everyday needs, the apartment is located opposite a Carrefour City open 7/7, 7am to 10pm.
The Bourguignons district is also well-stocked with excellent food shops:

## Emplacement
Asnières-sur-Seine is a commune in the northwest suburbs of Paris, less than 8 kilometers from the center of the city.
The commune is divided into 5 districts: Bac-Bécon-Flachat, Centre-Mairie, Grésillons-Bords de Seine, Hauts d'Asnières and Voltaire-Bourguignons.
In Asnières, you can stroll through the green spaces, stroll along the Bourguignons shopping street, or visit the Maison Louis Vuitton - once the trunk-maker's home - the dog cemetery or the Château d'Asnières, a true 18th-century architectural gem.
