Accommodations:
Pacific Retreat comfortably sleeps up to six guests- Tofino bylaw will only allow 6 guest including children and babies

Two Master Bedrooms (second floor): Each features a cozy queen bed, en suite bathroom, and serene ocean or forest views.
Main Floor Bedroom: A third queen bedroom is located on the main floor, steps away from a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Newly Renovated Kitchen: Fully equipped and thoughtfully updated, the kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area. Guests can chat at the bar stools or gather at the dining table to enjoy a home-cooked meal.

Host Rules:
Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.

Age min: must be 25 years or older to book.
TENANT: Tofino has a bylaw in place requiring all vacation rentals to have either the owner or a long-term tenant living onsite. In this case, the tenant resides in a separate, detached suite, and the only shared space is the driveway.

Strict Quiet Hours: Please also note that the home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we kindly ask all guests to respect our quiet hours, which are: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM on weekdays, 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM on weekends. This helps ensure a peaceful environment for both the onsite tenant and surrounding neighbors. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation!

During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you receive a "host unavailable" message despite seeing availability, please contact us. Our booking system has specific rules and may require manual adjustments.

This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay. Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behavior. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.
