The master bedroom has stunning views and an ensuite bathroom with large soaker tub and separate shower. The secondary room also has a king bed with ensuite and large shower, and the third room is upstairs. Don't miss this unforgettable vacation home!

Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.

Age min: must be 27 years or older to book

During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), minimum 4 nights and must be back-to-back to avoid gaps.

3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays

We offer discounted rates on month long stay ONLY during our low season (Dec-Feb)

Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets allowed, after owner's approval. Sorry no cats!

Please note: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite as per Tofino Bylaws

Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!

Cancellation Policy:. We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.

30th Birthday at Coastal View

A group of friends and I were lucky enough to book a couple nights at the Coastal View property for my 30th birthday. The house is even better than pictured. We were all blown away by how open and spacious it is. Wood burning fire place, sauna, hot tub, roomy kitchen and private bedrooms/bathrooms. Everything was spotless upon arrival and our hosts checked in throughout the stay to make sure we were enjoying everything and had what we needed. I would absolutely love to stay here again and will recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway in Tofino! Thanks so much for the memorable stay.

The setting, right on the inlet with water views, is amazing and very private. The common areas are large and each bedroom has its own separate space and bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need and the wood burning fireplace is also great. We highly recommend!

This is an incredible and spacious house with an amazing view, sauna, and hot tub. This house is absolutely gorgeous! The great room manages to be cozy even though it’s huge. Three bedrooms all have beautiful views and their own bathrooms. Hot tub and sauna. Stairs leading down to a seating area on the inlet. At low tide we watched a black bear feed daily. Communication with hosts is fantastic. We’d definitely stay here again.
