Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 60m² apartment is located on the fourth floor without an elevator.

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a TV, and a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, whilst the second has two single beds, all made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Known for its famous festival and the renowned Croisette, Cannes is the ideal destination for your stay! The centre of Cannes offers numerous shops, stores, and bars to enjoy a pleasant time. By following the coastline, you will reach Pointe Croisette, a true "Palm Beach" that earned its nickname from a famous casino on this peninsula. The city will also introduce you to must-see landmarks such as Villa Rothschild, Château Saint-Georges, and Château Vallombrosa, all classified as historical monuments. As you gradually move away from the coastline, you can breathe fresh air in the natural forest park of La Croix des Gardes, home to nearly 80 hectares of Mediterranean vegetation! Culture enthusiasts can also recharge their batteries at the Museum of the Castle Castle or admire the Gothic architectural talent offered by the Notre-Dame-d'Espérance Church.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Cannes, is just a 15-minute walk.

Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is about a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
