Water sports fans head to Plage Gazagnaire and nearby yacht clubs and surf shops, while soccer matches are held at the Stade des Hespérides. Glamorous celebrity crowds pack seafront clubs and bars around Port Pierre Canto marina.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Alexandra Palace (line 620), is just a 3-minute walk.

The Gare SNCF Cannes is 20 minutes walk.

Nice Côte d'Azur airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
