Thanck you for your review: going down to the city center can take around 15 min walk, however you can use uber they only charge 5 or 7 euros (depending the hour) from the palais des festivals to our house if you don’t want to walk. Regarding the towels we don’t have any radiators, this apartment is equipped with the air conditioning , and usually our guest use the private terrasse or the garden to dry towels at the fresh air, but unfortunately during your stay is was raining every days !!! Dear Victoria I m really surprised by your message!! First regarding the location itself of the apartment: if you google the adress from the beach google write 1,5 km and 16 min by feet and 5 min by car !! Those informations are official and once again not mine but google informations !!! How can you write that it takes you 40 minutes?? We already received people around 80 years old, witch is probably your age and they never had any problem to walk to the beach… Re your check in you forget to mention that you didn’t came to take your private keys…another woman, probably a friend of your arrived more than one hour and a half late…we have been waiting all this time, and when she arrived explaining us you have preferred staying at the beach she had a cellular phone…it would has been more polite to call us to explain your delay… Re the description itself of the apartment we absolutely show right pictures !! You have this large private terrasse only for you and also your own private garden with sea view of the lerins islands! Even if i show it to your friend at your check in (you were not there) you never went to your garden …it is sad, but prefering spend your entire day to the public beach rather than enjoy your privacy here was your choice ! Then when you checked out you wanted to leave quick…so, as to help you i didn’t visit your apartment and took my private car to bring you in town to help you with your lugage …tough it was very nice from me…. During our short car ride i show you the exact Way to go from the apartment to the beach and you told me you didn’t used the proper way….it was not my fault! And finally after having bring you by car to town when i returned back to the apartment i show the disaster!! The wal behind the living room sofa was red instead of white!! Fully of face woman painting!! And impossible for us to wash it !! We are now still waiting a paint man to paint it after the summer season!! Trust me it will cost us more than what the web site charged you !! All those elements let me think that you are not really honest sorry to say that! Fortunately for us you have been the only guest that was not happy with this apartment this season again, and i let you read all other guests reviews… We are totally honest people and always do our best to welcome visitors and help them to spend wonderful stay , so in such conditions you will understand we will prefer not to welcome you again… Sincerely

Bonjour Christine Je suis sincèrement désolée que vous n ayez pas passé un bon séjour dans notre appartement . Mais si je peux me permette , je crois que vous devriez être moins « stressée » car je crois ne jamais avoir vu autant de mauvaise fois, d impolitesse et d agressivité chez une même personne … c est rare …!!! Concrètement, pour répondre au point que vous avez souligné dans votre commentaire : Wifi : nous vous avions conseillé de faire une autre réservation bien avant votre arrivé car vous vouliez faire du télé-travail et que la fibre n arrive dans notre quartier que mi- décembre 2022. ( Relisez nos nombreux échanges dans les mois avant votre arrivée ) Le portail : Vous n avez pas daigné suivre les conseils d utilisation et vous l avez cassé … (Vous hurliez comme une folle dans la rue le doigt enfoncé sur notre interphone de maison alors que votre compagnon était à l intérieur de l appartement … ) Nous vous avons alors dépanné dans les 5mn, en vous faisant simplement passer par le portillon du parking … Nous avons réparer le portail à nos frais dans l heure . Bien évidement , vous ne vous êtes pas excusée car votre seule inquiétude était d être à l heure à votre invitation… La terrasse : est orientée sud / sud-est et le jardin plein sud car vous êtes face de la mer … -pas besoin de boussole - L appartement : se trouve dans le prolongement de la maison principale et non derrière . Le parking privé de votre appartement est devant le jardin à l intérieur de la propriété de la villa, vous y avez stationne gratuitement votre véhicule en toute sécurité. L humidité : il est vrai que vous n avez pas eu de chance, il n a fait que pleuvoir durant tout votre séjour … (date séjour / octobre ) Pour rappel : Vous êtes partie comme vous êtes arrivée sans formule de politesse … ne me laissant même pas entrer dans l appartement pour faire le check out car vous n’aviez pas le temps … Je vous rappelle aussi qu il a été difficile d obtenir vos horaires d arrivée et de départ… et qu évidement vous ne les avez pas respecté, nous obligeant à nous adapter à vos exigences rapidement, les deux fois … sans excuses , sans remerciements… Cordialement Céline
