Close to Gare de Cannes and Galeries Lafayette Department in Centre Ville. The apartment is on a boulevard frequented by pedestrians, traffic and trams. It may not be suitable for those sensitive to city noise and is easily accessed by an elevator in the building.

The living room is immaculate and well-furnished, with a comfortable sitting area with a TV for entertainment and a large wooden dining table that can double as a workspace for remote workers. Large windows let in natural sunlight to brighten up the space.

The kitchen is well-equipped and has all the essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements.

The three bedrooms are fitted with a queen bed and lined in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Cannes, a resort town on the French Riviera, is famed for its international film festival. Its Boulevard de la Croisette, curving along the coast, is lined with sandy beaches, upmarket boutiques and palatial hotels. It's also home to the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, a modern building with a red carpet and Allée des Étoiles – Cannes' Walk of Fame.

Services like Uber, LeCab and G7 are available for download and usage in Cannes.

- Croisette Beach and Vieux Port du Cannes are 15-minutes away by foot from the apartment
- Gare de Cannes is just down the road and is 4 minutes away by foot.
- You can reach Nice Côte d'Azur Airport within 34 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
