This old, untouched house offers a unique experience for your stay in Touraine. With a surface area of 90m² and a capacity of 5 people, it's the ideal place to spend convivial moments with family, friends or even colleagues.

On the first floor, you'll find an attractive, fully-equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, oven, Senseo coffee makers, etc.), where you can cook delicious meals using local produce, and taste the local wine: Vouvray.
In the lounge area, you can relax in front of the TV, take advantage of the Wifi connection or browse through a book to plan your next visit to the region.

This is followed by a bathroom with bathtub, ideal for a moment of relaxation after a good day's sightseeing, and separate WC.

A bedroom with a 120x190cm bed is at your disposal for a good night's sleep.

Next, a staircase takes you to the first floor, where two bedrooms await you.
