This cozy gem is the perfect beach getaway for the family. Enjoy a refreshing splash in the shared outdoor pool when you're not at the beach. Pack up the kids and head to Jolly Roger Amusement Park, just half a mile away, for a day of thrills. The Ocean City Boardwalk is perfect for a stroll along the beach, just two miles away, with several shops and restaurants. Try your skills at one of the many miniature golf courses in the area.

Back at home, take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to whip up your favorite recipes and surprise your group with mouthwatering and cost-saving meals. Dine at the table or the kitchen bar. Then, retreat to your private balcony with your beverage of choice for a view of the bay at sunset. Head to the beach with the provided beach chairs for a day of surf and sand, then spend the evening relaxing on the sofa while streaming movies or your favorite TV shows.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
