The condo is comfortable, cozy and coastal. Whitecap beach is only a 1/2 mile away, and Bob Hall Pier is 1 mile away. The boat ramp is right around the corner for your boat or kayaking. There is a great park a block away, where the kids can play. Or you can use the grill and pool after a long day at the beach. There are plenty of things to see and do on the island, or travel across the bridge to Corpus Christi for some great shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Winter Texans welcome!

To ensure both the safety of our guests and our property we have placed a camera facing the street inside the garage and there is a ring doorbell with a camera on it at the front door.
