Treat your family to a relaxing coastal vacation at this peaceful 3-bedroom, 2 bath townhome at Nemo Cay Resort with heated & kiddie pools and playground. The unit is equipped with large kitchen, working desk, large dining table, and open living concept. Master bedroom is on the 1st floor, while other 2 bedrooms are upstairs. This spacious townhome can sleep up to 10 people.
LOCATION – You can walk to restaurants, bars, gas station and convenient stores - Stripes. Beaches are within 3 minute drive (~1.2 mile).

Please list full names of all guests on your booking. Any unregistered guests or beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $100 per person per night. We reserve the right to evict & terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the number of guests on your reservation.
ESSENTIALS & TOILETRIES
We provide a starter set including - trash bags, dish soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. We do not provide shampoo/conditioner/shower soap as these items are often personal preference.
TOWELS & LINENS
Please be mindful that our white towels and linens are NOT for make-up removal. We provide specific make-up towels (black) or you can bring your own make-up remover. Any linens/towels damaged or missing due to make-up removal or negligence will incur $20 charge per item.
CHECK-IN is 4pm.
CHECK-OUT is 11am.
Late checkout upon approval and subject to availability with extra fee of $50 per hour.
PET POLICY
- We allow up to 2 dogs for an additional fee of $100/stay.
- Must be fully house trained, vaccinated
- Must be completely cleaned up after
- Leashed at all times when outside
- Crated indoors when not home w/ pet
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made
- Not allowed on the furniture, bedding, or inside the pools.
- Any unregistered pet(s) will be charged double.
SMOKING
No Smoking/Vaping and/or Drugs allowed - This is a non-smoking property. $500 fee charge will be added if smoke odor is present in the unit.
PROPERTY CONDITION
Our properties are cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Please notify us of any issue within 2 hours of arrival. We will make every effort to address them and ensure you have a great vacation.
LARGE GATHERINGS:
No parties or group events are allowed in the unit.
NOISE POLICY:
No loud music/noise after 10 PM - any complaints from neighbors or police visitation will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of property with any refund for rest of duration of stay.
PARKING: Two assigned parking spaces in front of unit (no boat, RV will fit). Please be sure to only park in the two spots labeled 15106, the complex strictly enforces towing of vehicles. Additional guest parking is available on the street (Nemo Court).
PROPERTY USE
-Furniture, Decors, Rug, Electronics: please do not relocate, modify, or disconnect.
-Trash: please empty all trash into dumpsters upon checking out.
-Sink: please use provided strainer to catch Food/grease and discard in trash.
-Toilet: only flush toilet paper.
-Shower curtain: ensure liner is properly tuck and fully enclosed before shower to avoid water splashing on the floor.
-BBQ Grill (Gas only): Must be attended. Clean and cover after cooking is done. No other fires allowed within 10ft of any wall of any home. Charcoal grills available for guest first come first serve at the pool area.
