In Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 53 m² chalet with mountain views, which can comfortably accommodate 4 travelers. It features a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 500 m² garden. We're waiting for you !

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor
- Living room with armchairs, TV and dining area.
- Kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, gas hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: bunk bed (sleeps 2), sofa, TV and en-suite shower room.
- Bathroom with shower and WC.
- A laundry room.

Mezzanine
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190).

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 30m² south-facing terrace with furniture and motorized awning to enjoy the sunny days.
- A lovely 500 m² garden (not enclosed).

The chalet is ideally located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment and a 15-minute walk from the town center. You can benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Nearby thermal baths.
- Museum visits.
- Hiking and walking trails.
- Nearby lake with aquatic activities.
- Swimming pool, tennis courts and skating rink in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains.
- A first ski area, is accessible by train (station approx. 500 m away); a second, larger area is accessible by ski lift (approx. 1.5 km away by shuttle or car)

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to two vehicles.

- A shuttle bus is available just 500 m from the chalet to take you to the main attractions in the commune.
- Buses are available throughout the region.
- Nearest train stations: Saint-Gervais- Le Fayet 5 km (approx. 13 minutes by car) and Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 25 km (approx. 35 minutes by car).
- Nearest airports: Geneva 86 km (approx. 1 hour by car) and Annecy Mont-Blanc 84 km (approx. 1 hour by car).

- Pets are allowed in this accommodation (one cat or dog per stay).
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
