Our family has enjoyed Cape San Blas for many years. We enjoy the small town atmosphere with the tranquility of both the bay and the gulf. We go on morning walks to exercise while enjoying all the nature that the Cape has to offer. We relish in the fact that there is such delicious fresh seafood available. We love that the area is not overcrowded and relaxing. We never get tired of the spectacular sunrises, sunsets, and clear views of the Milky Way. There are so many treasures along the shorelines as you stroll along. Our beaches are extremely clean and everyone is friendly.

This property has so much to offer. The home is quite spacious, open concept, freshly remodeled, and views to die for! The home is filled in the mornings with the splendid colors of the sunrise and the bay reflects magnificent colors from the sunset. Enjoy the birds as the come to feed each morning and afternoon. Sip your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the 475 ft dock at the house that we also own 2 doors down. Feel free to bring you boat, fishing poles, or crab pots. We also have some kayaks that are shared. Roast hotdog and s’mores on the fire pit or have a bonfire on the Gulf beach. When the moon comes up it glitters as the light dances on the water. Our street is very quiet, private, and relaxing. We own four properties in a row if you are wishing to a large family reunion or special event and need accommodations for a larger number of guests. Our properties are very well maintained and we are very quick to respond to all of your needs.
