Located in the L'Arcelle residence on the pedestrian street of Caron in the heart of the resort, you'll find slopes, restaurants, shops, a mini-market, and bars right at the foot of the building. Parking P1 has direct access to the building.

This apartment includes:
- a large bedroom with a double bed (140cm x 190cm) and a large built-in wardrobe
- a bedroom with two single beds (90cm x 190cm) and a built-in wardrobe
- a small bedroom with two bunk beds and a small storage area/shelves
- a bathroom with shower and vanity unit
- two separate toilets
- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.
- a dining area
- a living room with a large sofa (not a sofa bed), small coffee tables, and a television. - Two ski lockers (517-518) with boot dryers, in a room that is locked at night.

For stays of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment includes the following amenities:

- Bed linens, towels, two tea towels, one bath mat per bathroom, and a cleaning kit (one roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), six dishwasher tablets, one sponge, dish soap, one dishcloth, one garbage bag, and multi-purpose cleaner) to get you started.

Please note:

-A security deposit of €1400, via credit card imprint (no charge), will be required before your arrival at our partner Swikly's site.

- The keys will be given to you at the agency on your arrival day between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM and must be returned to the agency before 9:00 AM on your departure day.

- The apartment will be provided clean; we ask that you leave it in the same condition.

- The apartment is strictly non-smoking: Failure to comply with this strict no-smoking rule (cigarettes, hookahs, etc.) will result in a penalty equal to 50% of the security deposit.

This penalty will be used for cleaning and sanitizing the apartment.

- Pets are not allowed.
