Located on the ground floor, you will find all the comforts you need: space, proximity to touristic places, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV...

The apartment includes a beautiful living room with sofa bed and open fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and WC.

The equipment is top-of-the-range: bathroom with rain shower and anti-fog mirror, "Emma" brand bedding for peaceful nights and decoration by an interior designer.

The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, combi oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and washing machine.

The parking provided is unlimited access for one vehicle to the Interparking Grimaldi car park.

The parking is less than 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood



Massena Square and « La Piétonne » (Massena Street, a pedestrian street with lots of shops, cafés and restaurants) are popular and lively areas of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 5 minutes on foot. Walk along Massena Square and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market. Everything is on your doorstep to fully enjoy your stay in Nice.



Transit



Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Jean Médecin. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 350m away from the apartment.

You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Train station « Nice Ville » is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.

Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the car park called Interparking Grimaldi.





IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :



For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.



The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.



Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.



Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
