The flat is ideally located in La Bresse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- La Bresse le Honneck ski resort (700m away) : ideal for skiing and snowboarding in winter, with ski hire 500m from the flat, and downhill mountain biking in summer.
- Schlitte Moutain sledge (700m away) : the latest generation sledge inspired by amusement parks, like a snow roller coaster, this rail sledge invites young and old to go downhill like crazy in both winter and summer.
