This 2nd floor end unit with large balcony has a view of the Grand Gardens,The Grand Pool area, and of the Choctawhatchee Bay. A wall of windows allows plenty of natural light throughout. The master bedroom enjoys views to the bay and the spacious master bath has a double sink vanity, garden tub and a separate walk in shower. The guest bedroom has its own full sized bath, too.Large tropical pool with walk in edge along with a kids pool and hot tub.

Parking is limited to one car in the garage.In order to park in Lasata Parking Garage you must register and receive your QR Code. It is $10 to park for the duration of your reservation. Additional Cars, Visitors on Golf Carts need to Park in the Inspiration Parking Lot and enter through the Grand Lobby to go to Lasata or the Walkway from Hotel Effie. Make sure to display your parking pass!

The unit is very good size for the price and the location is hard to beat. I stayed there with two coworkers for a work function at the Hilton, so the shuttle between Baytown and the Hilton is great. The Baytown Wharf has plenty of restaurants and it’s about a 3 min walk from the unit. The unit was very clean, modern and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was spacious, very clean, and exactly like the photos. The property is smoke‑free except for designated areas outside, which we appreciated. It’s a quick 3–5 minute walk to the pool and about 5 minutes to Baytowne Wharf, making the location extremely convenient.Parking was easy — we always found a spot in the basement level. The grounds are meticulously maintained, and the pool area has plenty of seating and never felt crowded. It could use more frequent skimming, as bugs collected in one area, but it was still great for kids.Property management was excellent. They called right after booking to go over details and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My only suggestion would be one concise email with all check‑in and check‑out info, since codes and instructions were spread across multiple messages.We drove to the beach instead of using the shuttle. Parking was easy to find but pricey — about 30 for a 12‑hour increment, which wasn’t ideal. The beach has many paid umbrella setups, so we walked a bit to find a free area, but it was very nice once settled.Walmart and the outlets are under 10 minutes away, Destin about 20, and Rosemary Beach around 30. The only small recommendation I’d make is updating the patio furniture or sun pillows, as they were a bit worn. Overall, a clean, comfortable stay in a fantastic location.

Awesome stay

Awesome stay on a beautiful property. A little challenging to navigate all the various codes but all in all would highly recommend this property.
