Diese Eigentumswohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock des Observation Point North und ist eine Einheit mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem angeschlossenen, abschließbaren Studio mit zwei weiteren Betten und einem zusätzlichen Bad.

Die Haupteinheit verfügt über ein großes Hauptschlafzimmer mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem Wohnzimmer, einem Essbereich und einem Balkon. Der Meister hat ein Kingsize-Bett sowie ein eigenes Bad mit separater Dusche und Badewanne. Das Studio ist durch eine Tür im Wohnzimmer mit dem Hauptgerät verbunden. Es verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten, ein eigenes Bad und eine Küchenzeile mit Minikühlschrank. Darüber hinaus bietet der Balkon im 3. Stock einen hervorragenden Ausgangspunkt für die wöchentlichen Feuerwerke, die direkt über der Baytowne Wharf-Bucht abgefeuert werden.

Auf der 3. Etage befindet sich auch ein privater, beheizter Pool mit einem Whirlpool, einem flachen Kinderbecken, einem öffentlichen Grillbereich und einem Fitnessstudio. All dies ist für Ihren Aufenthalt kostenlos!

Best location at the property!

Looked and smelled clean when we walked in! Great location to everything! Loved hanging out on the large balcony having coffee in the morning and a cocktail at the end of the night. Beds and pillows were amazing! Thank you for a great stay!

THE BEST!!!

I took my 15 year old son and his friends for a weekend birthday trip. The condo exceeded all of our expectations . The boys had the freedom to roam safely, go fishing, do the escape room, kayaking, pool, tram to the beach and tons more. Tons of shopping and restaurants just steps from your room. The balcony overlooks the village. It is so clean and beautiful! I have already booked another stay.

Great condo and location!

Loved being at Baytown Wharf and not having to move our cars once we got here to get to market, restaurants, kids activities, etc. condo was clean and comfortable!

Amazing spot for the weekend

We were here for a wedding at Hotel Effie. The location and proximity to everything was the best part. We could walk anywhere we wanted, plenty of food and drink options. Gina was awesome with communication. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Winter Getaway

My husband and I like to treat my parents to a vacation every year around this time. We decided to try to stay closer to home (near NOLA), someplace close to beautiful water, shopping, dining and nightlife. Baytowne Wharf checked all the boxes! This condo was perfect for the four of us. Each couple had their own private space and we would get together in the kitchen and living area for meals, games and making memories. The balcony was absolutely perfect for people watching and would be great during the busy season to watch the fireworks, live music and other events. Oh and the heated pool and hot tub just a couple of steps away were such a treat! We can't wait to return!

Awesome location!

We are locals who rented for a staycation. We have stayed at other properties in Baytown but this location was by far the best. Didn't have to do a long trek through a parking garage and the pool was steps outside the door on the same floor. The view from the balcony was great and the condo was set up with everything you would need. Highly recommend!

Excellent location and host

This was our first time to Destin and my family had a great time on our vacation. The condo was clean, roomy, in a great location that was close to everything we wanted to do, and it fit our needs perfectly. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the fireworks and listening to the music from the bar and stage below. The host, Gina, was responsive and very kind. We would definitely recommend Gina’s place and stay here again.

The balcony overlooks the heart of Baytowne

The condo is a warm and welcoming place. You can sit out on the balcony to relax and overlook the heart of Baytowne. It’s a great location. You can walk out of the complex and you are surrounded by restaurants and shops along with a variety of activities for the kids.

I reserved last minute, literally the day before we checked in. Gina was quick to reply to my inquiry and gave all info needed. 3rd floor condo was convenient to pool/gym and main entrance was smack in the middle of baytown village itself. Once we parked, we never moved the car again until checkout. We enjoyed a great weekend getaway at a great price.

Simply the Best

This was our first time visiting Baytown Wharf. Our stay here was simply amazing. The owner of this condo was very helpful anytime we had questions. The moment we walked in we were in awww of how nice and clean everything was. The location was nothing short of amazing. We sat on the balcony every night and listened to music and just enjoyed the scenery. I highly recommend renting from Mrs. Gina if you're ever in the area.

Perfect!

My husband, sister & brother in law visited for a quick weekend getaway. This property is awesome! Gina was easy to contact and very responsive to all messages. The location is great! Once we would get back from the beach we didn’t have to leave the property in the evenings. We would grab drinks and dinner which were footsteps from the condo. You could sit on the balcony at night and listen to the music from Rum Runners. This was such a relaxing getaway for adults, but we also noticed how great it would be to bring our kids with us next time. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot

My family loved our stay in this spot. It was perfect for us. The tram was close and super easy to take to the beach. My husband and kids loved the liveliness of Baytown below us. Great fireworks spot too. As expected by location, there was a little bit of noise from Baytown at night that could be heard in the condo, but we did not feel it was an issue for us. Our 4 kids (ages 4-13) said they didn’t notice it at all when they went to bed. I would say the same for the master bedroom as well. Gina was fabulous to communicate and work with. We have already recommended this condo to a few friends who asked.
