Located in Erquy, this 100 m² stone house accommodates up to 9 guests. Shops are approximately 250 metres away, the convenience store is approximately 350 metres away and Plage du Bourg is approximately 500 metres away. The house makes it easy to enjoy the town centre, the market and the wilder beaches of Lourtuais and Portuais.

On the ground floor, the living room includes a sofa, armchairs and a television. The large glass door opens directly onto the outdoor area, making it easy to move between the living space, terrace and garden.

The kitchen opens onto the dining area and helps guests keep a flexible holiday routine. It includes an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The large solid wood dining table seats up to 10 guests for shared meals.

Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 upstairs bedroom with bunk bed: double bed 140x200 on the lower level and single bed 90x200 on the upper level
- 3 upstairs bedrooms, each with double bed 140x200

The house includes 2 shower rooms: one on the ground floor with toilet and washing machine, and another upstairs. A separate toilet is also available upstairs.

Outside, the terrace with outdoor furniture, parasol, barbecue and sun loungers becomes a natural gathering place after days out. The 600 m² grounds provide space to enjoy sunny days.

Private parking in the courtyard makes arrivals, departures and returns from the beach with bags easier.

Erquy is known for its harbour, beaches and pink sandstone landscapes. From the house, guests can easily alternate between Plage du Bourg, walks towards Cap d'Erquy and the wilder coves along the coastline.
