House is located in a very quiet area of St Laurent de la Salanque which can accommodate up to 4 to 5 people and more than a baby (5 km from the Mediterranean Sea) and close to all shops with WIFI, Private parking, Outdoor courtyard .
The house is ideal for spending family holidays on the shores of the Mediterranean.
The sea (nearest beach located at Le Barcarès or Torreilles beach) is less than 10 minutes by car. It is also possible to get there by bike using the Agly greenway (around 20 minutes).
The living part of the house is on the 1st floor served by a staircase taking you to the main room, a small outdoor courtyard with the possibility of an electric plancha (because wood and gas barbecues are prohibited due to risk of fire).
On the 1st floor (approximately 70 m2), you will find the living area including:
- Ground floor entrance hall equipped with a home alarm system.
- Floor :
- 1 bedroom with 160 x 190 bed, storage cupboard, bedside tables, plus baby bed if necessary
- 1 bedroom with 2 80 x 190 beds, storage cupboard, bedside tables
- 1 Bathroom with WC, Shower, Bathroom Furniture.
- 1 Living room with 2 wicker armchairs and a 90 x 190 sofa bed, TV with WIFI.
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen, Oven, Microwave oven, coffee maker, Induction hob, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher…
- 1 garden furniture in exotic wood.
It will also be possible for you on foot to stroll through a southern market in Saint Laurent de la salanque, typical of the Catalan coast (Thursday and Sunday mornings).
