Excellent rental property. The host greeted us after arrival to make sure we had everything we might need. He was very accommodating for our stay. This property is super clean, very comfortable and a great place for a family or group to stay. I loved having coffee on the front porch, having dinner on the back patio and visiting with family in the spacious living area.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exceptionally clean, cozy, and looked exactly like the photos. Check-in was a breeze with the clear instructions provided, and the host was quick to respond when we had a question. This location is right down the street from Moonlite Bar-B-Que Inn and Big Dipper...some hometown favorites we stop at when we are in town...along with several other food locations on Parrish. If you want to purchase your own food there is a Kroger within minutes also. I highly recommend and would gladly stay here again!

Amazing house for a group or family. Chuck lives next door and was very responsive. We loved the outdoor space with patio seating and a huge yard. The big dining room table has plenty of space to gather around. We had people coming and going with ample parking. The house has been renovated while retaining many charming features. Nice touches like fans in all the bedrooms along with many ceiling fans. The screened in front porch is a great space to relax or have a coffee. Lots of storage space. Everyone in our party agreed we would definitely return in the future!

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect—just a short drive to Holiday World, which made things super convenient for our family. The home had plenty of space for all six of us and was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend this place for families visiting the area!

We came into town to visit with family. Chuck and Val are amazing hosts and their home is fantastic. It was perfect for our needs. Tons of space and plenty of amenities as well. The location is literally five minutes from just about anything you’d need and the location is very quiet and private. We’ll definitely check the availability the next time we’re in town.
