Located on the ground floor, this atypical and charming accommodation is arranged over two levels:



Cosy lounge overlooking an inner courtyard, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Fully equipped functional kitchen: kettle, toaster, microwave, filter coffee machine.

Private, calm and sunny patio, equipped with a garden table, 4 chairs and sun loungers perfect for your meals or relaxation moments away from prying eyes.



In a duplex:

2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140), the other with 2 single beds (90), both overlooking the patio.

Bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit, towel radiator.

Separate toilet.

70 m from the main beach and the Promenade.

100 m from the Halles district and shops.

700 m from the SNCF train station.

Departure: by 10 AM at the latest



Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge.

End-of-stay cleaning, bed and toilet linen included.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

Please:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish

Gather used laundry in the entrance

Supplement if not complied with or deep cleaning required (AirCover or security deposit).



48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:
