Living room with sofa bed 140 cm, TV, table, chairs, coffee table. Access to closed balcony with table and chairs.

Bedroom 1: double bed 140 cm and storage.

Bedroom 2 (mezzanine): 180 cm bed, wardrobes and chest of drawers.

Bathroom with bathtub, sink unit, washing machine. Separate WC.

Secure private garage street parking possible.

Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation
