Newly constructed townhome conveniently located in the heart of Old Town Port Aransas. Don't miss out on the opportunity to rent a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath, 2-story cottage in a boutique, twelve-unit development. Enter into an open floor plan by way of a quaint-covered front porch. The professional décor, in a coastal chic theme carried throughout, is sure to set the unhurried island time tone during your stay. The living room is accented with a shiplap wall, and tile flooring and comprised of a couch, which folds out to a sleeper, and two matching armchairs made for relaxing and watching movies on the wall-mounted TV with cable. The full kitchen is furnished with everything needed to cook meals with an island for prepping, gleaming stainless steel appliances, open shelving, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Savor the meals at the dining table with seating for six and two additional stools at the bar. For your convenience, there is a half bath on this level. For those needing to launder clothing during your stay, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly off of the kitchen area. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR1) with grand ceilings, a King bed, nightstands, a dresser for your beach attire, a closet, a bench under a large window with natural lighting, and a wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom contains a vanity and tile shower. Venture upstairs to the remaining bedrooms and bath where your feet meet stained wood flooring.
