This was a cute bungalow, with close proximity to the beach and down town area. Kitchen was excellent outfitted with new and all the pots and pans you could want. the kids loved the loft area as their own place to play. New towels and bathroom rugs are needed. We would gladly stay here again.

From the first day I opened the door I noticed the smell of dampness and dirt, I tried to communicate with the manager I sent her a text message and she never answered. There are already cockroaches in the kitchen and I have photos and videos of everything I say. The furniture is dirty and the photographs are fully edited. Be careful and don't fall into the trap. For last the internet doesn’t work properly

Great stay

We had a great time staying here! The kitchen has a lot of utensils and pans to cook with. It was clean and the host was very kind. We will would love to stay here again!

Relaxing beach vacation

Great stay near everything. Placewas great for us 3 but can accomadate 6 easily. Short walk 12 minute to beach or burger or coffee all close. Loved out stay. Owners are very friendly and gave great tips to sight see.

My BF & I booked our stay for us, his son & my 3 kids; w/the intention of my older girls sharing BR1, us in BR 2, & the boys in the loft. The house was clean & basics stocked. The gas cooktop & the big enclosed outdoor shower were nice bonuses! My only "issue" was the loft doesn't have traditional twin beds, but 2 small futon type cots & they're not the most comfy. I ended up having to sleep in the loft for the trip b/c my BF's son (15) was too big (100% fine for small kids, my son is 9). I will add, the couch was comfy, I slept there our last night. It's my fault for not asking questions, I thought the twin beds just weren't pictured. Hopefully this info is helpful for planning to someone else! You could add an air mattress in the loft if you had to. Being a 2BR, if you have 2 families w/2 adults & several small kids that don't need a lot of privacy, I see it as a good fit! Location was great & you're not far from beach access. Neighborhood was quiet, but there's road noise & the area stays busy at all hours - BUT it was spring break & we knew this going in, so it wasn't an issue! It's a fun atmosphere if that's what you're after! FYI, parking is a little tough if you have large vehicles (which was communicated by the host). Add a golf cart & it's a tight squeeze! We barely managed to fit my grand cherokee L under the house, & then backed the F-150 under in the main driveway (it's 1 way access, so your 2nd vehicle will be blocked in). Overall I would book here again!

Who wouldn't want to stay in a round house?

This place was absolutely great. It was fully furnished with everything you need, comfortable beds, convenient washer/dryer combo in-unit, and a great location on the popular and lively 11th Street. Just a few blocks from beach access, it is the perfect spot for vacationers. The only drawback was the enclosed porch which needs a little bit of work and a lot more furniture. Otherwise, this unit completely met our needs and is definitely a great place to stay when in Port A. We will return!

The state was amazing

the stove did not work and it was the main reason. We wanted to have a big home so everyone could enjoy cooking and being with one another. The microwave made up for it but would have been nice to have the gas stove operational other than that we definitely would stay again

Everything was fantastic but internet quit!

The place itself was great, but the internet wouldn’t connect on the second day. Other than that, it was awesome!

Thank you for expressing that you had a great stay and enjoyed the house, other than the internet being down. Unfortunately, those things are out of our control. It turns out that there were issues with the internet in certain areas of the island due to construction.

place is a bit cramp and not according to the pics that were advertised

Place was very clean but, the under car garage was not accommodating our nowadays SUV. It was even too low for the golf cart we rented! Very organized though.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us when we know you have lots of choices in Port Aransas. We appreciate your compliments as well. Sunday Villas ,where Our Place is located are cute little round houses up on stilts. Parking is restricted to underneath the house with a few extra spaces at the pool. These houses were built in the 70's. We try to take lots of pics so guests can make their own decisions on properties and are always available to answer questions. We are sorry that the parking did not work out for you.

We visit Port A every summer and usually book through Vrbo. We had 3 adults and 3 children in our group and enjoyed “Our Place” very much. The house had everything we needed and we would stay there again. We loved sitting out on the balcony and the outdoor shower was amazing after coming back from the beach!
