Papaya Place - A Condominium at Windsor Hills Resort

Welcome to Papaya Place, where you'll find all the creature comforts of your own home. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a short walk to the resort pool and clubhouse, yet just far enough away for peace and quiet. From the moment you walk in, you'll feel relaxed in space that works for the entire family. The kitchen is well stocked to prepare whatever meals you choose. One suite is furnished with two queen beds and has its own private bath. The other suite has a king bed and adjoins to the second bath with a walk-in shower. The second bathroom can also be accessed through the hall and is directly across from the children's Mickey room. The Mickey room has two twin beds with a pull-out trundle. For your convenience and use are a wagon to unload/load your vehicle of luggage and groceries, or pile in your towels and pool supplies for your short walk across to the pool. There is also a highchair, two strollers and portable crib for your little ones. Access to all of Windsor Hills amazing amenities is included with your rental. Windsor Hills Resort is a gated community that is approximately 3 miles from Walt Disney World. You can't get much closer than that without staying on Disney property!

The rental was exactly as advertised. Close to all Disney parks. The game room / pool area was perfect for everyone. Wallmart just down the street. Highly recommended!

The layout of the condo was great, very open where you had living room and dining together and the 3 bedrooms with 2 baths. Walking distance to the community where there is a water park, big pool and hot tub. We had a great time and Louise was very responsive when I had questions.

This unit was immaculately clean! Communication with the host was quick and efficient. The unit is stocked with everything you could even think to need. The only problem we had at all was the water pressure in master bathroom. The other shower attached to the 2 queen bedroom worked absolutely fine, and no issues at all. We would still stay at this rental again without hesitation.

Convenient, clean, welcoming

This is our second time staying here and as usually it didn't disappoint. The Condo is ideally situated near the main pool with the advantage of it being ground level. Louise as ever was brilliant in her communication. We had a number of issues outside Louise's control, one being a huge storm that effected the electrics across the whole resort and Louise got back to us brilliantly. Will be staying again when we have saved up!

Perfect home, location and amentities!

Papaya Place was a perfect place for me and my family (4 adults, 1 infant 1 toddler) to stay during our Disney World trip. The splash pad was a blast for our off day and having a toddler bed and a crib/packnplay help minimize our luggage. We all enjoyed our stay and even mentioned we would definitely book again next time!

Another great stay at Papaya Place

Had such a great visit with family a few months ago, that I decided to schedule a girls weekend retreat. The resort has such great amenities, but this condo is a gem. The location is convenient to the amenities. Inside, you will feel like you are home. It is tastefully decorated and updated, with Disney themed accents. Whether you are making a family dinner in the nicely equipped kitchen, gathering around the table to play games, or chilling in the screened patio, you are sure to leave with fun memories. Host, Louise, is quick to reply. Communication is great. Will definitely continue to make this my go to Orlando place to stay.

Great place for our family universal trip

Place was clean and well equipped. The place had plenty of room for our family of four. We have stayed in this complex several times and the location is great! The grounds are well kept and the pool is a nice amenity. Only suggestion would be to provide more than two rolls of TP. We run out but luckily the small market on the grounds had some. Overall a great stay!

Nice layout, with lots of space to spread out after a long day at the theme parks that were very close. Nice to be on the main floor avoiding the stairs. Water park was fun for the kids. Good times. Would stay again. Thank you.

Super clean!

I had been in contact for a few days with Louise. Loved the quick turnaround for communication. The condo is super cute very clean and we loved the location. The ladies at the reception desk were nice as well. Thank you for making our stay great.

Family Vacation

Had a great stay at Papaya Place in Windsor Hills. The condo was just like the pictures. Perfect for our group of 8, it was plenty of room for us to spread out. The amenities like the water park/pool, gym, game room, and market were perfect and always clean. The location was also close to stores and food areas. Close to Disney as well. A little far for Universal but if you are only doing that 2 days like us, it wasn’t a big deal. We hope to be able to say here again next time we are back.

The BEST Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! A few things that I love... Plenty of space for us to spread out, and plenty of storage for our clothes. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Towels, wash cloths, and pool towels provided. Trash pick up at the door. Washer and dryer in the unit. Pool, clubhouse, arcade are so nice. (waterslides and splashpad were closed) Food and drinks at the clubhouse are good and reasonably priced. Walmart delivery and Doordash to the door. I can't wait for our next stay!!!

Great experience

Overall happy with our experience! Communication with property owner was top notch, location was great (very fast and easy access to Disney), size and space of property was awesome. Because we didn’t have our own vehicle we were not given a pass and therefore getting through the gate was always a long process and wait. We needed to wait in the line up every time we arrived back. We also tried to use the water slide amenities twice and both weren’t able to- first time they said off because of weather and second time said not on until 10. Our kids were disappointed about this. Also place doesn’t supply essentials like soap, toilet paper, garbage bags but we were glad we found this out prior to trip.

Great location and development amenities

Property fit our family well. The unit was equipped with basic kitchen items and comfortable beds. The need to provide our own soap, sponges, extra dishwasher soap, and paper goods (paper towels and TP) was inconvenient and not known until the day we arrived. The development had a wonderful pool and game area that was a wonderful perk.

Great family friendly resort and condo!

I highly recommend Windsor Hills Resort and especially this condo! It was perfect for our family of 5. Just a short drive to Disney and Universal Studios. I wasn’t sure how I’d like staying on the first floor, but it was great not having to deal with stairs or an elevator. All 5 of us agreed that we’d definitely stay here again!

We have made improvements and updates to Papaya Place for the last 4 years, along with making memories. In the meantime, we want others to enjoy it as much as we do and to take advantage of all that Windsor Hills Resort has to offer. There isn't anything in the area that begins to compare to Windsor Hills Resort.
