Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it has a lovely 19 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a shared garden of around 20,000 m². The flat is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. The town centre is accessible via the promenade. The beach is 300 metres from the flat.
