The Waikoloa Beach Villas is a gated community within walking distance of the Queen's and King's Shops. There are many beautiful golf courses and beaches in this area. The beach is about a 10-minute walk and a 5-minute drive. This unit also has a garage full of beach gear.

**Other things to note:
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponges, dish soap, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid (ONLY for units that have dishwashers), paper towels, and toilet paper. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
