Auf der schönen Waikoloa Beach Course, 1. Fairway und Grün mit dem Petroglyph Trail und Mauna Kea als Kulisse hat der im zweiten Stock Einheit zwei Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Betten und Optionen für die getrennte Einzelbetten, eine offene Veranda und großzügigen Wohnbereich, Urlaubsvergnügen. Die hohen Decken und Türen geben ein zusätzliches Raumgefühl. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche und Waschmaschinen in der Wohnung machen es wie zu Hause fühlen. Ein reservierter Parkplatz in schattigen Carport befindet sich direkt vor dem Gebäude. Der Infinity-Pool, Jacuzzi und Grillplatz sorgen für große tagsüber und abends im Freien Spaß.

Ein kurzer Spaziergang zu den Kings Shops und der Queens Marktplatz bieten viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, darunter hawaiianische Unterhaltung auf den Freilichtbühnen. Eine große Familie Bereich rundum mit dem Marriott Hotel und Hilton Waikoloa um die Ecke, wo Sie den Dolphin Quest und große Schnorcheln und Schwimmen am Anaeho'omalu Bay (1/4 Meile von unserem Haus am Strand mit Geschäften dazwischen) erleben können. Wonderful retreat

We enjoyed our annual family vacation to the Big Island and this comfortable residence contributed to us hanging out and having a place to eat together and hangout . We loved the Hawaiian decorations and placement of practical things to help us feel home like the hooks outside to let things dry after washing and the outdoor boogie board and snorkel and coolers were so helpful on our daily outings . We enjoyed staying at Waikoloa for the first time and this place made it convenient to walk to shave ice at the King shops and go to the beach and see turtles near by.

Beautiful Stay

All the raving reviews are accurate. The property had everything we needed for a family of 4 and then some. It truly was a "home away from home" but my home doesn't sit on a golf course with a 15 minute drive to the beach :). This property is centrally located to food and shops. Stop searching and book this property!

We will be back

Beautiful condo. Nice location next to shopping center and a short walk to the beach. There were boogie boards, chairs and beach towels. There was a nice kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you could want. The pool was small but very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

I've rented a lot of VRBO units in Hawaii and this is as advertised. It has everything you need in a neat and tidy place. Owner and management responsive and prompt. Instructions clear. I would rent it again.

Perfect home base

This condo was the perfect home base for our explorations of the Big Island. The condo was clean and ready for us with a nice welcome basket on the counter when we arrived. Kathi called early in our stay to make sure everything was all right and offer suggestions. We had an amazing time celebrating our daughter’s college graduation and the end of my chemo treatments. Condo is convenient to many of the things we wanted to do, yet was quiet and relaxing.

Wonderful Waikoloa Beach Resort

Our check in was smooth. We were pleasantly surprised with being able to check in early. Concierge was friendly and responsive. The condo was clean with nice amenities. We enjoyed use of the beach equipment and coolers. The unit felt homely and we would definitely stay again. Dick and Kathi were very responsive to communications. Only issue was vrbo not charging proper taxes at time of rental. Make sure taxes seem appropriate for number of days renting. All in all... Wonderful family vacation.

I agree with all the previous reviews. Just as it appears in photos. Fully stocked and clean. Communication was smooth. I have very specific wishes and this condo met all of them! Clean, laundry in unit, beach chairs, living room seating for 4, smart TV and comfortable outdoor seating. A different Waikoloa rental we booked had plastic chairs with staples protruding through the seats! The AC limit of 76 degrees was not an issue at all with the breezes and the fans.

Perfect spot

The condo is very nice: well equipped and has attention to the detail, unlike some of the property-management run places that look like a hotel. Location is great - a couple min ride to A-beach (or about a 10 min walk), right across from shopping and restaurants. Designated covered parking spot right next to the entrance. It has absolutely everything you need if you want to cook (important for our family). Also has the necessary beach stuff (chairs/umbrellas/boogie-boards), so you don't need rent/buy any. Property is serviced by a property management, but owners do keep in touch both prior to check in and during the stay, so I can tell they care about your experience. I am also grateful that they have been able to accommodate late check out for us, so we had a chance to swim at Hapuna beach the day of your departure!

Awesome! Great condo in a great location! Spacious and well equipped

Aloha. We loved the condo and had a great time during our 3 week stay. It is very close to shops and restaurants and an easy walk to A-Bay beach and Lava Lava Beach Club. We loved that it faced east so that we could enjoy the early morning sunrises overlooking the golf course and Petrogyths! Very scenic. It is very spacious, clean and has everything you need for a great vacation. All the large appliances were very new and in good working order and we really enjoyed the ice maker and filtered water in the fridge. It saved us having to buy water which was a huge bonus. There was also every small appliance possible! The owners thought of everything right down to the fancy coffee grinder and toaster. We cook a lot so we appreciated everything as well as all the spices and cooking oils etc. that were left in the pantry. The beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and boogie boards were sooo nice to have as we are beach people and used them quite a bit. The Homechex property service was easy to communicate with when needed. The owners called us a few days after we arrived to see if everything was okay, so that was very kind of them. We have travelled a lot and this was one of the best condos we have stayed in by far and we would definitely stay again when we come back to the Big island. Mahalo. Wendy and Tom

Outstanding home in Waikoloa

We were a family of 4 spending two weeks in Hawaii. We wanted a week where we did nothing but eat and visit the beach. This was a really good choice. First, it was a real home. The kitchen was equipped with high-end everything, across the board, including the best waffle iron I've ever used. I'm going to buy one myself. Some condos are half-forgotten revenue generators for the owners. As you can tell from the other reviews, this this place was a real home, where people live when it's not being rented out. Furniture, carpet, kitchen, bedding, etc were in as brand-new condition as it gets. Beach access was excellent. Before we booked, I couldn't tell how busy the roads were between the condo and the beach, and it turned out to be very quiet. We walked most of the time, but the parking area is huge and free too. Get there at 8 and you can score a place under the trees. The property included all the little things like chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas. I've seen a few complaints in reviews of various places around Hawaii about the AC being limited at properties to 75 to conserve electricity. I was a little apprehensive about that, but 75 was more than cool enough. We had the AC on about half the time, the rest of the time we kept the windows open and ran the ceiling fans instead.

Great Home Away from Home

We had a wonderful stay in Waikoloa. This condo is well stocked, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the beach equipment, great view from the Lanai, easy walk to King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace, and the pool/hot tub. Hosts checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Consistently Great

My husband and I have had our third consecutive stay at this well appointed, spotlessly clean, amply supplied condo. We especially appreciated the availability of numerous beach supplies including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards etc,The view of the golf course is stunning enjoying several meals on the lanai.The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants, along with a short drive to multiple beautiful beaches.The owners Dick and Kathi are truly outstanding to work with, responding promptly to questions or concerns and checking in upon arrival.We highly recommend this comfortable condo and look forward to our stay at our Hawaii home away from home next year !

Wonderful Family Vacation!

I can’t say enough about how amazing this condo truly is. It was spotless upon arriving. The location is perfect with outstanding views. It was wonderful to use the pool and spa area after a day at the beach or exploring the island. The complex grounds were immaculate and so quiet at night. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to visit the Big Island of Hawaii. Thank You for allowing my family to stay in this true gem of a property.

Beautiful Golf Course View

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! The lanai overlooking the golf course was a very pleasant place to sit and watch golfers and also many different kinds of birds. We really appreciated the lovely welcome gift and the prompt attention to any questions we had. There was a lot of great information provided on attractions and things to do in the area. Quiet, clean with wonderful views.

Lovely well appointed condo. The unit is very quiet and the views were great. The kitchen is well stocked with anything and everything one might need to be comfortable…there was a nice little goody basket for guests that included coffee and treats. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place

We loved the condo and there’s everything we need for our family of 4. Our kids enjoyed the pool/spa. They swam every day and when done they would take a quick walk to Starbucks! The condo is close to the market, gift shop and more. We definitely would recommend this place.

Wonderful condo!

We always stay at the Fairway Villas, but this particular unit was wonderful. The welcome gift was very nice to see, and the unit is well-furnished and stocked with everything you might need. We loved waking up to the views of Mauna Kea from our view and enjoyed the view while having coffee on the lanai. We would definitely stay in this unit again.
