The duplex apartment equipped for 5 people consists of a separate fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, kettle, gas stove, etc.) and a furnished living room.
Upstairs, it is composed as follows: a first bedroom with a double bed as well as a second bedroom with bunk bed (2 places at the bottom and 1 place at the top). There is a bathroom located upstairs and the WC is downstairs.
The staircase is equipped with a safety gate for children.
The apartment is in a secure residence with swimming pool open in summer according to decree and government decisions. In addition, you have a free parking space in the residence.
The apartment is located at the bottom of the residence and is located next to a pedestrian access allowing you to reach the city center and the beach in 10 minutes on foot.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week

The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)

You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check).

We are approved by Chèques Vacances.
