The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming apartment with sea views in Concarneau, 300 meters from the beach (accessible by crossing the street), with a shared swimming pool, a surface area of 51 m² and capacity for up to 6 guests. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, and a bathroom. Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a dining area, a sofa bed, and a TV.
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, electric meat grill...
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom.
- A bedroom with two single beds.
- A bathroom with a shower in the bathtub.
- A separate toilet.

Outside:
- A large west-facing terrace of approximately 16 m² with garden furniture.

Common area:
- Shared outdoor swimming pool (20x10 m), heated, open from June 1 to September 20, with child safety features (cover and fence), unsupervised. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to change by the residence.
- A large 20,000 m² park to enjoy sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant setting. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and the market. The town center is accessible via the promenade. The beach is located 300 meters from the apartment.

• Thalasso Spa on site, reservation required before your stay, and preferential rates. Ask for the code word.
• Seaside activities: swimming, windsurfing, surfing, sailing (school on the beach), sea trips (Les Glénans), fishing, etc.

- You can park directly in the residence's outdoor car park at the foot of the building.
- Nearest train stations: Quimper station (9.3 miles from the residence); Rosporden (10 miles) with bus service.
- Nearest airports: Lorient-Lann Bihoué (37 miles), Brest Bretagne (56 miles).

Other remarks:
- Sheets and towels included. Bath mats and kitchen towels provided. Beds made.

- Pets accepted for an additional fee of €15/stay. Only one pet is allowed per stay.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Trash cans must be emptied before departure and bags placed in the containers at the entrance
to the estate.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated hours is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual.
- A coin-operated laundry is available in the complex.
- The accommodation is managed independently from the hotel.
