This Fripp Island rental home features 4 bedrooms 3 baths with a 2 large bedrooms on the main level with living area, dining area, and large kitchen with island. The home can sleep up to 12 people. The living room has a sleeper soafa and an additional sofa and gas fireplace. Downstairs has a common area with 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom and laundry area. View one of the most beautiful spots on the island for the sunsets from the wrap around porch. No carpet in the home. Enjoy our vacation rental! Amenity Cards are available for anyone over the age of 13 at the cost per season. This amount will be paid separately. We are NOT charging the 12.5% resort fee.

Best vacation at Fripp yet

We have stayed at fripp for over ten years and this was by far our favorite stay we have had. I can't wait to come back next year.

We chose the property due to location and size. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but on the last day trip was cut short due to sewage coming up in the shower at 5:30 AM. We could not flush toilets, take showers or use any water at the property. We packed our stuff and left abruptly after speaking with the homeowner.

Perfect Christmas Getaway

The house was just perfect for our quick family getaway. The house was super clean, awesomely stocked with everything we needed for our family dinner. We would highly recommend renting this house for your family to enjoy Fripp Island.

Family Beach Trip

The house was as advertised. Loved the location and vicinity to the marina, golf course and beach. The views of the marsh were amazing and we had great views of the fourth of July fireworks. Will book again in the future

Best Fripp Family Vacay

Everything at this property was wonderful. The inside was clean and decorated nicely. The outside space was great for drinking coffee in the morning and socializing with family at night. I would highly recommend this property. We hope to return.

Perfect Beach Week

We loved everything about our stay here - it was the perfect location for Fourth of July week, we were able to watch the fireworks from the beautiful porch and were just a quick golf cart ride to the beach. This house was by far the best “stocked” house we’ve stayed in. Thank you for a great week!

Best ever house !

We have stayed on Fripp over 25 years different places . Our family said this was their all time favorite ! There was no detail not perfect or thought of in this house . Everything is thought of that you would need . The sunset is as fabulous as the photos . We can’t wait to go again ! We didn’t want to leave .

Thanksgiving on Fripp

We enjoyed our stay on Fripp, hosting our family for Thanksgiving. The house has great views out the front and Fripp was a bit more lively than Harbor Island where we’ve stayed in the past. Would definitely recommend renting a golf cart to check out the neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner and the open concept to the dining and living room areas was perfect for our family! Only suggestion would be for some updated/more comfortable living room seating, but we thought this house offered all we expected at this price point.

Amazing family vacation!

The house is very clean. The bathroom towels were large and soft. The sheets were top notch. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We even had two large meals of fresh shrimp and crab from Gay Fishing Company with plenty of stock pots to cook in. There is an assortment of games that we enjoyed playing. The beach chairs are new and made for several wonderful days in the sand. The porch is a great place to watch people pass by to and from the marina. The view of the marsh from the front porch every morning and evening was a great start and finish to each day. Be sure to get each person in your group an amenity card or the they won’t let you access the pools or eat in the restaurants. I have been to Fripp twice before and just one person really only needed an amenity card. We did not use the bicycles once we got our golf carts but they were fairly new and were smooth to ride. Speaking of golf Carts, be sure and rent them at the time of booking property. There seems to be a shortage of golf cart rental during peak vacation times. I highly recommend this property. The different sitting areas on the wrap around porch was really nice especially since they had ceiling fans to keep you cool. The outdoor shower to get the sand off was a bonus. Our family hopes to make it an annual trip and will definitely try to book this property again.

Amazing home and experience

From start to finish, "Best Frippin Sunset" delivered. The home is immaculate and set up to be a vacationers dream. The amenity cards offered access to so many activities for everyone, and the house made any home time unforgettable fir everyone. We will be booking another week next year!

Perfect thanksgiving with family!

We had the most wonderful stay for thanksgiving on Fripp! My husband was born on Fripp in the late ‘70s, and we had the best time sharing this special spot with our children. This home was particularly fantastic for our family, with such a comfortable open layout, making gathering together east and fun. We also loved the location being close to the marina and an easy straight stroll to the beach. We will return to stay here again!

Great Stay at Best Frippin' Sunset

The house is exactly what it's called....Best Frippin' Sunset. It's definitely the best view of the sunset on the entire island. Cathy made our check-in process extremely easy and she responded immediately to a few questions I had when we arrived. We had 5 adults and 3 children and it was a perfect layout and room arrangement for our group. Easy walk to the Bonita Boathouse for dinner one night and used the gas grill one night as well. The house had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again.

Family Fun

We enjoyed this adorable house with loads of natural light and space. The wrap around porch also offered numerous nice seating areas with a particularly lovely view in the front. It was conveniently located near the marina shop and excursion rental place. The beach was a golf cart or bike ride away. We made wonderful memories in this beautiful home.

Great Home!

The home was so well equipped. We didn't have to bring any beach towels, beach chairs, bikes b/c those were all provided which was a HUGE help. We loved that we could watch the beautiful sunset from our front porch. The wrap around porch was awesome! All bedrooms had really nice furniture and TV's. The house is centrally located so it was pretty convenient to everything. The only downsides to the house: -it got VERY hot in the Great Room/Kitchen in the afternoons/early evenings (80-85 degrees). -it would have been helpful to have instructions on how to watch live televison...it took a few days of communication with property manager to figure that out. -there is a lot of golf cart traffic in front of the house morning, afternoon and night, so it wasn't as peaceful as we thought it would be overlooking the gorgeous view. -there was no ice when we got there and the ice maker only made about one tray of ice in 12 hours. We had to make several trips to the marina for bags of ice. Not a huge deal. Overall it was a great house and the property manager was very helpful.
