Premier local manager, Destination Paradise welcomes you to “Lido Sands”… a cozy 4 bedroom 3 bath vacation home with a great private heated pool and spa and awesome lounge area! This 2 story home sleeps up to 10. It is located right on the fringe of St Armands Circle and is just minutes from Lido Key Beach and Longboat Key. It is also 3 houses away from the beach and a private path right to Lido Beach!

This Lido Key home is only steps from beautiful Florida famous waters and beaches. This private 2 story home features 2 master suites along with 2 guest bedrooms all fitted with King beds and a large Smart TV. Easily sleep 10 guests with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some privacy. The living room opens right into the brand new pool and hot tub patio for amazing indoor/outdoor living. There is plenty of seating on the patio for everyone to soak up the Florida Sun or just relax in the pool. We are conveniently located with easy walking distance to Lido Beach (100 yards) as well as St. Armands Circle (5 minute walk) with plenty of shopping and restaurants to enjoy.

POOL HEATER RULES:
Pool heat temp is set at 83º and runs each day from 7 AM until 7 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather should naturally heat the pool. Pool temps are not guaranteed. This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 20-25 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75).
The spa has a timer of 3 hours, once turned on and can be run at any time and will heat to 100º

PET POLICY: This home has a $20/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

The location is perfect. east access to beach and St Armands circle. The property seems to have some deferred maintenance issues. The pool did not work for first few days and proerty manager blamed us instead it was a clogged filter that maintenance man cleaned and then wqas replaced later in the week (told it was 3 months over due). A shower backed up sewage on the first use. The upstairs bath is leaking into stairway ceiling and the solution was to scrape soggy drywall.

Perfect location between Lido beach and St Armand’s Circle.

Loved the pool and hot tub. Rented a corn hole game and played that by the pool. Cooked breakfasts and a few dinners at the house and there were plenty of pots & pans and utensils. Nice big laundry room. Short walk to the beach which was lovely. St Armand’s Circle was a short walk as well. Lots of cute shops and great restaurants.

Wonderful House

Near the beach and walking distance to St Armand circle. Clean house with beach chairs and floaties available for use. Nice open floor plan, large beds and great master bedroom. Would recommend staying here.

Stay away from this property

Our family visited this locacation the first week of August, unfortunately the week of Debbie's hurricane, the wind and rain brought inside the house munch unwanted rain through the walls, branches all the house and the pool, called Trey, the property manager to see if hen send someone to help with clean-up of the outside and the pool since we couldn't exess the beach due to flod but he chose to ignore and not answer our calls, only the last day before checkingout he called to apologize for not getting back to use sooner because he was sick ,we couldn't use the pool for whole week due to being dirty, debries ,and filth. Please stay away from this property managment , spend your hard earn money somewhere else. dutomanager

Ideal Location

My family loved this location. The walk to the beach was a pleasure, as was the unspoiled beach. It was like being back in the Florida of old. Add the walk the walk to St Armand's circus and the stay was made complete.

Great Location but...

Close to the beach and shops. House is nice size but the furnishings are a bit tired looking. Showers need upgrades. TVs weren't working in the bedrooms when we arrived and we called and left a message but it took 2 days before someone came out to fix. We arrived on Friday and it was Monday before they were fixed. The outside light by the grill doesn't work. Kitchen is nice. Pool area is great. They really should have a checklist to make sure all is in working order for the next guests.

Perfect location

This home is beautifully maintained and fully equipped with anything you could possibly want. We arrived early and needed to drop off luggage. The caretaker was super friendly and helpful and made things so much easier for us so we could pick up others at the airport. The walking distance to St Armand’s Circle and Bayrunner stop was so quick, we rarely used our car. As a frequent VRBO guest, I appreciated the little things, such as trash bags and laundry detergent. Pool and hot tub both were in perfect condition.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely and well maintained. We had trouble with getting the TVs figured out but once we got them going no problem. The ice maker wasn’t making ice so we froze water bottles for our cooler. Still we had a great time, the beach, walking uptown and the pool! We recommend this home to anyone

Excellent property

Beautiful home within short walking distance to private beach access. Also very convenient to its proximity to St Armand's circle. The owner supplied bikes and beach accessories as well. The home was super clean and just like the listing. Plenty of room for the six of us to "spears out" for a 10 day stay. Trey was super responsive and quick to respond to our needs during our stay. (Missing garage remote) The pool and hot tub were very nice for those warm late afternoon and evening swims. The grill was ready to go and had another tank of gas on standby if needed. Would certainly stay there again!

Unbelievable Location - great kitchen/dining

A short walk to the beach entrance (under a minute), and a decent hike to the beach itself via trail (5 minutes lugging gear)…a short walk (5mins) to the circle. Best of both worlds!

Location: Terrific- Walk to a quiet beach & town. Inside of House: As described with plenty of space for everyone. A suggestion - the bedrooms could each use a dresser. Outside of House: Well kept & Clean Pool Experienced 1 very minor issue, but immediately resolved - thank you. Would stay again!

The best location

We loved being so close to the ocean and walking the beach trails. The pool and hot tub were used daily. TVs we’re large and in each room. The kitchen and laundry room were lovely. The house was well supplied for all we needed. The pool area has natural shade throughout the day but really needs an umbrella or two. The upstairs bedroom needs some additional furniture like a dresser for storage. The lower rooms were lovely. Any minor issues were addressed quickly by management. Thanks for a great stay!
