The beautiful Villa Sueno is located in the exclusive Puntacana Resort & Club, a gated resort & residential community with a 24-hour gated entrance and security. This airy villa in Tortuga has 3 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. Lush gardens surround this spacious and bright villa. The property has a private pool and a large covered seating area with a BBQ and plenty of outdoor dining space. Villa Sueno is located on the 2nd hole of Tortuga Bay on the prestigious La Cana golf course; a 27-hole championship golf course designed by P. B. Dye, featuring holes with ocean views across Tortuga, Arrecife, and Hacienda. It's also home to the prestigious Corales Golf Course where an annual PGA tournament is held every March or April. Corales was declared the number-one course in the Caribbean by Golf Magazine.

The Puntacana Resort & Club complex offers access to some of the best facilities in Punta Cana, including world championship golf courses, Oscar de La Renta Tennis Center, Puntacana Polo Club, Puntacana Equestrian Center, 3 miles of magnificent white sand beaches, the world-renowned Six Senses Spa, a pioneering ecological park with freshwater lagoons, and nine world-class eateries. Villa Sueno is located approximately 3.5 miles from Punta Cana International Airport. In a short 10-minute drive you'll arrive at your private Caribbean oasis. Getting around the Puntacana Resort & Club is easy with a golf cart rental (inquire for pricing). If you want to venture outside the resort to the Punta Cana Village, the local supermarket, or the Blue Mall you can rent a car or taxi service and Uber is available. The Punta Cana Village is a 10-minute drive and offers boutique shopping and a choice of several restaurants. The Hard Rock Casino is about a 30-minute drive from the property.

The rental includes a housekeeper (cleaning only and gratuity is NOT included). Cooking and meal preparation are available for an additional charge. A full-time property manager is available during your stay to handle any questions or concerns. Additional housekeeping is required for six (6) or more guests at an extra charge of US $30 per night.

The villa sleeps 8, but it's not suitable for 8 adults, our maximum is 6 adults and 2 children.

There are two guest rooms on the ground floor, a family room, a dining area, and a kitchen, all with air conditioning.

The first bedroom has two queen beds, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a Smart TV, a closet, an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, and a shower.

The second bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a Smart TV, a large closet, an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, and a shower.

The casual family room is large, with a high ceiling, lots of natural light, and a comfortable sitting area. You can walk directly out to the terrace and pool area from the family room. The family room is fully air-conditioned if you require it. The home was built and situated with the family room facing the prevailing ocean winds. The entire rear of the villa has seven floor-to-ceiling glass doors that all open up to allow for a comfortable ocean breeze to flow through the villa. There are also four large ceiling fans.

The dining area is part of the main living area and has a large table that comfortably seats eight people. We find guests rarely use the dining area as most guests dine on the covered outdoor terrace.

The kitchen has all the basics you will need; a microwave, coffee maker, oven, toaster, wine cooler, fridge, freezer, and all cooking utensils.

The back garden is the jewel of Villa Sueno. The spacious terrace has a large dining table with plenty of seating. There is an additional sitting area with four large chairs and a coffee table. There is also a BBQ gas grill for your convenience. The pool area has eight chaise loungers for those seeking the sun. Enjoy a delicious lunch on the terrace overlooking the golf course, take a nap by the pool, and let the Caribbean ocean breeze cool you down.

Upstairs on the balcony that overlooks the family room, you'll find a sitting area with a large sofa and two bookshelves with plenty of books and games. It's a great place to relax, read a book, sit, and upload those amazing vacation photos to social media.

Also located on the upper floor is the spacious master bedroom with a king bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower. The master bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the back garden and golf course.

Additional amenities are available in the villa; free WiFi, washer and dryer, hairdryer, all electrical outlets are US 120V, with daily garden and pool maintenance..
