Das Penthouse ist ein Teil der neuesten und luxuriösesten Resorts in der Karibik auf der östlichen Punkt der Dominikanischen Republik. Der atemberaubende Blick auf unsere türkisfarbene Wasser des karibischen Meeres unterstrichen durch reine weiße Sandstrände, die sich für Meilen und nur wenige Schritte von Ihrem Penthouse. Unsere besondere Einheit genießt auch Blick auf den Jachthafen, die Weltklasse-Yachten aus der ganzen Welt anzieht. Unser Penthouse ist ohne Nachbarn isoliert und so ist es sehr ruhig und still, da es eine Eckwohnung auf der obersten Etage ist. Ideal zum Entspannen!

Elegant in tropischen Pastelltönen eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Das Penthouse verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit en-suite Badezimmer ein Master-Suite mit herrlichem Blick auf das Karibische Meer. Plus, es ist ein Loft mit zwei Queen-Futon Schlafsofas. Unsere voll ausgestatteten Küche jedes Wochenende chef bitte könnte. Unser Haus verfügt über drei Fernseher mit einem 42-Zoll-Flachbild-Fernseher in unserem Dachboden und einen iPod mit Lautsprechern für Sie Musikgenuss. Es gibt eine zentrale Klimaanlage in der gesamten Wohnung und eine Waschmaschine und Trockner für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

Nur wenige Schritte von der Api Beach Bar und einer Pizzeria entfernt gibt es ein paar gute Restaurants in der Marina.

Right from the beginning, this was everything I had expected! My host Nicole was absolutely wonderful in making sure communication lines were kept open. She even went the extra mile to suggest different activities and restaurants that she thought I might enjoy. One of the most fabulous things that she referred me to a transportation person whom I kept busy all week. She referred me to a person who rented golf carts by the name of Yolanda who made getting around Cap Cana especially easy. Nicole as well as all my other hosts for the week made my stay especially comfortable with being readily available with anything that I may have possibly needed. I needed for absolutely nothing just the comfort knowing there was someone there for me. Nicole thank you so so much for your hospitality. I can’t wait to come back.

The property was better than described! The layout was perfect for the 6 of us including a toddler & baby. The unit is beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. We had Claudia cook for us a few times which did not disappoint even though we weren’t sure if we would like Dominican food. It was delicious. The view from the balcony was spectacular and hearing the ocean waves was truly relaxing. The location was very convenient, close to the 2 pools and the beach. Our host, Nicole was very responsive and attentive to our requests and needs before and during our stay. The only downside is the noisy construction in the unit below which is supposed to be completed in 2 months. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful stay — highly recommend! We travelled with our two young daughters, my dad and stayed for two weeks. The area was quiet and perfect for a family.The penthouse was very clean, spacious, and well equipped for cooking, with three bedrooms plus a loft. The oceanfront balcony had stunning views, and the second large balcony overlooking the marina was ideal for morning coffee. Having the entire floor to ourselves was a huge bonus.There were great restaurants within walking distance, including Maralia (right on the beach and consistently good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner), Soprano (great for sandwiches), and a gelato shop beside the kids’ playground. The Fishing Lodge was also a short taxi ride away — we tried Barbudo, Casa Costa, and Noah, all of which were excellent.Nicole was a fantastic host — very responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay. Beautiful location and a wonderful experience all around!

We enjoyed the spacious condo. The patio facing the water was great. The pool and beach were fairly quiet and no issue getting pool chairs. We enjoyed the restaurants on site and at the fishing lodge. We rented a golf cart and it gave us easy access across the property. We hired Claudia (the chef) for two nights. We enjoyed her dinners and she also does laundry, etc. she is very nice and responsive. She charges 70 plus cost of food (for us 100-120 extra for 5 people). Negatives - the dishwasher did not work as well as the TV in the family room (loft).

Amazing Property in CapCana!

Beautiful, roomy condo in exclusive CapCana, with easy beach access, pool, restaurants, well equipped with everything needed for a wonderful vacation! Highly recommend this property, Nicole the administrator was always a message away to make sure we had no issues. Sadly weren’t able to use Claudia the cook, heard amazing things about her, will definitely be coming back in the future to this gorgeous place :)

Fabulous Long Weekend by the Beach!

Beautiful view of the beach, spacious for a family of 5 and walking distance to pools and a great restaurant on the water. We came for a wedding and this was a perfect place to hang and enjoy Cap Cana! Nicole was a very attentive host and gave great recommendations on local places. The marina was very quiet this time of year (Jan) but the weather perfect. We would love to come back!

Wonderful time in cap Cana

We had a wonderful time in cap Cana with 3 adults and 3 children. Claudia’s cooking was better than the 5 star restaurant that we went to one night. She was a wonderful addition to the property and we are grateful we got the opportunity to have her cook and clean for us. The location was amazing and we enjoyed the lack of crowds and quiet atmosphere. Will definitely be back. O

Perfect holiday home

The place was absolutely stunning and had everything you could wish for. The beach is just downstairs and if you're tired of the waves, you can dive into the pool instead. The area is very safe, but also offers variety of things to do. The owner is very helpful and has answers to all possible questions. Can't wait to go back!
