Welcome to my apartment!

This beautiful and modern three-bedroom apartment with a balcony is in an excellent location. It can accommodate up to six people, making it an ideal getaway for families or friends.

The living room, furnished with comfortable sofas, opens onto a balcony equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for soaking up the sun while enjoying a stunning view of the Arc de Triomphe. You can even catch a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower from one of the apartment’s windows.

The fully equipped open kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook and enjoy delicious meals. There's also a dining table available if you wish to dine in.

There are three bedrooms with a double bed, a queen bed and a king bed respectively.

The bathrooms have all the basic amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note that, during the winter season, a slight noise associated with the building’s central heating system may occasionally be noticeable. This occurs only when the heating is in operation and is not present outside the heating season.

Also note that this space is not accessible to persons with reduced mobility.

Here you can experience all the attractions the city has to offer. See the incredible Arc de Triomphe, or stroll through the beautiful Trocadéro Gardens. After a day of sightseeing, you can relax and enjoy delicious French cuisine at one of the many restaurants and bars, such as Le Relais de l'Entrecôte or Le Paradis du Fruit.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station: Avenue Foch, is just a 18-minute walk.

Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 45-minute drive from the property.

Note: The apartment is in the 6th floor with an elevator

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
