The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Moëlan-sur-Mer, this house completely renovated in 2021, with a surface of 180 m² and which can welcome up to 8 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 60 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 1,000 m². We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 60 m² with two large sofas including a corner sofa and a dining table that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The room also has a wood stove (wood not provided). Wifi included.
- A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

On the first floor :
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), an office space and a balcony of 10 m²
- A room with two single beds
- A room with a bunk bed (2 beds)

Outside :
- A beautiful garden of 1 000 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
- A wooden terrace of 30 m² adjoining a stone terrace of 30 m² also

The house is ideally located in Moëlan-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, 200 meters from the coastal paths. The nearest shops are about 4 km away (bakery and mini-market). In season, a bar and a food truck are located on the port of Brigneau, 10 minutes away on foot.

- Brigneau lighthouse at 280 m (4 minutes on foot).
- Pont Aven located at 16,5 km (20 minutes by car).
- Quimperlé located at 15 km (21 minutes by car).

Activities
You will be able to walk along the GR 34 on the coastal path which goes around Brittany, the proximity with the Ocean will also allow you to benefit from the occasion to practise various water sports. Discover also the famous village of painters of Pont-Aven. Possibility to rent kayaks in Brigneau during the season. Catamaran, windsurf and paddle rental point in Kerfany (6,6 km / 10mn by car). Sailing school in Beg Porz (12mn by car). Possibility in season to reach the island of Groix from Doelan (15mn by car).

Events : Interceltic Festival of Lorient during the first two weeks of August, film festival of Douarnenez at the end of August, festival of Rias in Quimperlé at the end of August, festival of Cornouaille in Quimper at the end of July.

- You will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house, located in the garden, below the accommodation and can accommodate 2 vehicles.
