Nestled among the trees in Sea Pines Plantation, 45 Lawton offers the perfect Hilton Head Island vacation home for those seeking rest and relaxation. Now with Harbour Town Pool access for 2025!
This beautifully updated, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Sea Pines home is decorated with coastal tones and wood flooring spans the common areas. The living area has been outfitted with comfortable leather seating and a flat-screen TV. **Fireplace is not for guest use.**The dining area features seating for 6, as well as access to the screened-in porch. The porch has seating for 4 and is the perfect shady spot for outdoor dining.
The stunning custom kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances and a farm sink. A breakfast bar with an additional 2 barstools and a built-in wine fridge can be found just off the kitchen.
3 bedrooms can be found on the main floor. The primary bedroom, located just off the dining room, features a king bed, flat-screen TV and access to the patio through sliding glass doors. This room has a private bathroom with a large vanity and a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom is located just off the kitchen. It features a queen bed with a flat-screen TV. The third room can be used as a second living area or a bedroom. It features a full-size futon, two twin beds, flat-screen TV and access to the patio through sliding doors. Both bedrooms have access to a hall bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower. The final bedroom is located on the second floor. It features a queen and a private bathroom with a claw-foot tub.
Aside from the screened-in porch, the back patio offers plenty of space for outdoor dining or catching some rays. There is also a gas grill for added convenience.
Guests are welcome to bring one well-behaved dog up to 75lbs OR two well-behaved dogs up to 35lbs each for an additional fee of $225 plus tax per dog.

Pool pass is required (provided in property for guests), swimmers under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult, no lifeguard on duty - guests swim at own risk.
