A 2 night minimum stay is required except during Summer. The minimum required stay between Memorial Day week and the second week of August, is 7 nights with check-in on Saturday and check-out on the following Saturday. Minimum age to book is 25, No smoking or vaping inside the villa, No pets allowed.

The open floor plan great room is where everyone will gather to watch the large screen tv with Roku HD Streaming, enjoy watching the pond, dining together, playing games at the dining table and making memories to last a lifetime! There is a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 guests and a matching love seat for plenty of seating. You'll love the bright tropical decor! Don't forget to bring your devices because Lux Speed WiFi is provided throughout the property!

Step out on to your private covered balcony for morning coffee and croissant or evening drinks. You'll enjoy watching the large pond right outside your villa. The balcony has lovely tropical furnishings that will put you in the mood for vacation!

This deluxe villa has a second bathroom off the hallway with a single vanity and walk in shower. This is just perfect for those sleeping on the sleeper sofa and it makes getting ready to go out a breeze since there are two bathrooms.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

Additional amenities on site are available for an additional fee. The nine-hole, par three golf course is located near the Villas. There are 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts, and a complete pro-shop for equipment rental. Once our housekeeping staff finishes cleaning and disinfecting, our inspectors check everything just to be sure nothing was missed.
