Room was very clean and well decorated. The balcony was huge and we loved sitting out there. The room was well equipped with utensils and etc to cook if you choose to. We loved it and will be back in the future.

The condo was clean, spacious, exactly like the photos on-line. The view of the gulf was amazing. Huge balcony. Comfortable beds and furniture. Very reasonable price especially for how roomy it was; far better than the hotels! Customer service was excellent as well. I called a couple of times just to ask some questions and they were so helpful, professional and pleasant. I would definitely stay there again!

The condo was very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Favorite part was the BIG balcony with several seating options with a beautiful view of the beach. The staff was extremely helpful and want to give a BIG thankyou to Riley for helping me on arrival day when they changed my flight and got me in early, so I did not have to find a place to go. I would definitely stay here again.

The Best Stay Ever At Panama City Beach

There was never any need to contact the rental company the location and amenities were to die for. Once you shut your door you couldn't even hear the traffic on the strip and never any noise from beside or below our room. I will be staying here again for sure.

Awesome Condo

This condo was absolutely perfect. It was in a great location. Very convenient to everything. The condo was very clean and well kept. The views from this condo was amazing. My absolute favorite was the HUGE balcony. We definitely will stay here again and have already told all of our friends about it. While we were there they had a washer delivered and the delivery guys were in and out in no time. The property manager also gave us a courtesy call to let us know that they would be delivering the washer. As we were leaving the condo we ran into the lady that cleans the condo and she was very sweet. Overall A+ on this condo and we can’t wait to book it again! Thank you so much for your hospitality and my family enjoyed it.

Loved the balcony- 15th floor was perfect for looking out at the ocean and down the beach. Condo was well stocked. Beds were all very comfortable! And the location was perfect- we could easily get to back road through a side street to miss all of the traffic on 98. Very convenient to Walmart, target and grocery store. We were here for baseball tournament and this was convenient to the baseball park. Thanks for an awesome week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Ocean Reef. This was our 3rd year renting there and this year we stayed at unit #1505. It was clean and comfortably furnished. We had a problem with the internet in the beginning but the owner and Ocean Reef staff solved the issue immediately. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful! It’s why Ocean Reef is our favorite place to stay! We will definitely rent #1505 again! My only suggestion may be to get a dresser in the 2 nd bedroom, when you are there for an extended visit it would be nice to have a little more drawer space.

The condo was mostly clean, floors were dirty, we arrived wearing shoes and socks and took shoes off and our socks looked dirty after walking around without shoes on. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, that was nice. The master bed mattress was horrible, it sinks in and offers no support. The kitchen trash can and washing machine are both growing mold and stink. If those issues are fixed we will definitely stay there again.

Perfect Location

Reviewer Comments: I have been to Panama many times, mainly stayed at Calysso, Sterling Breeze, and Splash, but I must said Ocean Reef is the one I enjoy the best. The balcony is so big, which gives it have more shade than other condos. The location is perfect, not too crowd like others because not many big condos next door. RunningIsland restaurant is next door, you can walk to for lunch or dinner, gift shop is just across the street. I did not use the pool, they have an indoor pool also. Really enjoy my stay here, unit is so clean and well stocked. Especially love the reserved parking, no more hunting for parking like other condos. Looking forward to come back soon.

Home away from home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We felt at home in the condo! The pictures do not do this condo justice! The balcony is twice as big as I thought it was going to be. There was also a good supply of beach gear (which I was not expecting) - cart, umbrella, chairs, boogie board, small inflatable pool. Linens were wonderful. Beds were so soft and comfortable. Great amount of kitchen supplies. The only negative - the door locks from the outside only. There is no way to lock the door from the inside and my 1.5 year old was able to open the front door on her own. A door latch on the inside would of been nice.

Had lots of beach stuff available-chairs, boogie boards, sandcastle toys and wagon to carry it all. Beds were very comfy- slept great every night- no neighbor noise like some places have. Location was great- about a mile from Pier Park and right across from great putt-putt and go-cart park. Condo came with free beach chair set up- that was great to have. Beach was not too crowded like other condo buildings. Elevators were a little frustrating on check in and check out days but I've had worse. Do not go to Walmart on Saturday night- you will think the world is ending!! Try Winn Dixie instead or Publix. Our room also had an assigned parking spot which we appreciated after seeing some condo buildings have parking across the street. We will definitely use Greta's rentals in the future- you can tell the extra effort she puts into her condo rentals to make sure they are perfect!! Thanks for a great week! Oh- and we loved hanging out on our balcony watching for sea life- we saw really big sea turtles, large sting rays and dolphins- bring binoculars.

Super Condo Well appointed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Ocean Reef and we we very pleased both times. This unit fit our needs very well as we spent a little over two months in this condo. As noted in the title, the unit was very well appointed with all the cooking items you could ever need. Because of the weather in January, we fixed most of our meals in the condo and every pot, pan, dish or utensil was there. We enjoyed the balcony a lot as even when the temps were chilly in Jan-Feb, the sun was on the deck and it was very pleasant to sun bath or eat there.The TV's were a little finicky to operate but we solved that by adding Roku's and then all was well. We had only a couple of maintenance problems and Riley solved them very quickly. The beach setups were very nice in March. Overall the condo was superb for our needs. But I will mention that the master Bedroom bed was very high and difficult to get in. My wife is about medium height and even with a small stool found it difficult to climb into bed. She gave up and moved to the other bed room. Because of all my medical equipment, I stayed using this bed, but found it not comfortable as it was hard in some places and too soft in others. I also rolled off of it twice in the night, but I was not damaged.Overall, I would grade this a 4.0 out of 5.0. But I think the owner might consider replacing the master bed.

Ocean Reef with the family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful stay! The bedrooms were perfect, kitchen was great and well stocked. Plenty of starter supplies and extra beach supplies. Lots of sitting space and great view while having coffee on the balcony. Building and rental staff were great and helpful. Yes, elevators can be slow and full but elevators are slow or full EVERYWHERE. That’s what happens when you vaca in PCB in the summer. Just be patient. And avoid elevators 9-10 and 4-5. Lots of groups going to and returning to the beach with beach bags and carts and coolers and 4 is when people are moving in.

LONGGGG wait times & had 2 out of 3 elevators broken a couple different times during our stay. Our Stay with Gretas

However the beds in the guest room were not very good.They were lumpy and not firm. Outside that, we were quite satisfied. Parking though,was a nightmare since we had an additional vehicle.
