Both the living room and primary bedroom include Smart TVs with cable, and additional conveniences include free Wi-Fi and a full-size stackable washer and dryer.

Important Information Before Booking

• The primary renter must be 25 years or older and present during the stay. Age is verified at booking and check-in.
• Calypso Tower III is located across the street from the beach, with convenient beach access via a covered walkway.
• This is a non-smoking unit and building, including the balcony and common areas. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
• Property bands must be worn at all times. A $50 fee will be charged for lost or missing bands.

Additional Resort Policies

Fitness Center
Open daily from 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Proper athletic attire and non-slip shoes are required.

Pool Area
Open daily from 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

• Children not potty trained must wear swim diapers

Cabana Rentals
Private poolside cabanas are available to rent daily from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM at the Tower III front desk.
