Oceanfront 1 Schlafzimmer / 1 Badezimmer Wohnung im Emerald Beach Resort in Panama City Beach. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett, zwei Etagenbetten und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa mit Memory-Schaum-Matratze. Perfekt im 8. Stock gelegen. Zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten zur Verfügung. Strandservice von Mitte März bis Ende Oktober inklusive. Rauchen und Haustiere sind nicht gestattet. The unit was very clean and a nice location. The owners were super nice to let us check in early when the room got done that was an extra Plus. We would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect getaway

Clean property, responsive host. Main bed and bunk beds were comfortable. Appreciated the large couch with the additon of 2 recliners. Best part was the oversized kitchen. Plenty of space for multiple people to be cooking at once.

Living the dream at PCB!

The condo was clean, beautiful, and comfortable and exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed and more. Loved the easy check in too. Beautiful pools, especially the kiddie pool, and the beach service was great. An added bonus was the little beach chairs, inner tube, boogie board, and pool toys they had available for people with kids. There were restaurants, convenience stores, Zollos pizza place, and Amore donuts all in walking distance, all very good. Emerald Beach is a really great location. The property is clean and safe . We will definitely be staying here again!

Spring Break trip

We loved this condo! It was the perfect size for my mom and my 2 kids, age 4 and 9. They loved the bunk beds! Parking and check in was a breeze, had perfect directions from the owners. They are working on the building right now so peak times going to beach or pool was kind of long wait times for the elevators, but it was manageable. The condo was super clean and location was great. We had to hunt for the other pool across the street, so including instructions to navigate over to the other side would be helpful for future guests. We would definitely stay here again if visiting PCB again. Thank you!

Great condo! Very clean and the host was able to get us in early. We stayed an extra couple of days due to some bad weather coming in and the host made sure we didn’t wait long. Beautiful condo great view! Communication from host was excellent!

Great location and condo

We chose this condo because of the great reviews and we have to agree that they were all correct! It’s our favorite location to stay and first time to visit this condo. The Phillips have a great condo that is very clean! The little extras were so nice from cute folded towels to beach toys and board games. Communication with owners was great as well. I appreciate the day before check in that had a reminder to print parking passes because I had forgotten. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

23rd Anniversary

This place is absolutely phenomenal!!! The master king bed was divine and I had the BEST sleep cuddled up in plush! The kitchen, even though we didn't cook, was stocked with everything you could ever need to prepare all meals in the room! Even had a small assortment of spices! The living room was so comfy with 2 recliners that I could have easily slept in! There were games to play for those rainy days and even really good books for the lazy days! The balcony furniture was excellent to sit in comfortably and watch the beautiful ocean!! Beach toys were also there for your enjoyment as well as beach towels for your use if you needed them! They truly incorporated a lot of thought and detail to this magnificent condo! I appreciate owners such as the Phillips actually caring about their place and trying to make it comfortable and inviting for their guests!! Definitely a winner in our book and hope to revisit real soon

Mom and dad vacay

We wanted a relaxing stay at the beach and this place delivered! Beach front, beautiful ocean view condo! Perfect space for a get away. The place was clean and organized. They had clear instructions and everything we needed for our stay including wristbands for pool access, beach chair and umbrella reserved and easy to get at the beach rental. The patio was perfect to relax on. Tv in the living room and bedroom. Great water pressure in the shower. Perfect location for restaurants and shopping. Just overall amazing! The hosts were easy to work with and great communicators. Would definitely stay again.
