- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The apartment is ideally located in Nantes, on one of the most popular streets in Nantes, the rue Crebillon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park close to the Graslin parking lot (covered parking less than 5 minutes away on foot).
