Enjoy a pleasant stay in this welcoming house located south of Nantes. Le Renoir offers you all the comforts you need to discover our city in the best possible conditions: a beautiful living room, all the equipment you need, and a covered terrace to enjoy both good and bad weather. Le Renoir is accessed via a private driveway, providing a peaceful setting in which to relax on a business or leisure trip. It can accommodate up to five people.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two bedrooms with 2 double beds (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine dryer, ironing board, iron, raclette machine, DVD player.

Location:
Le Renoir is located in Nantes, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops are close at hand, as are the banks of the river Sèvre. You're just twenty minutes from Nantes' historic city center by public transport.

Transportation:
- If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage of the house.
- Nearest train station: South station, 25 minutes by public transport
- Nearest airport: 15 minutes by car, 30 minutes by public transport
- From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in around twenty minutes.
- Tramway lines 3 and 2 within walking distance, Pirmil stop
- Tramway and bus station 5 minutes' walk away (numerous lines serving Nantes)

Other remarks :
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
- Pets are not accepted
- Free Wifi available

Le Renoir is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You'll be greeted on site by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment and its operation, and hand over the keys. To get your stay off to a good start, we'll provide you with a few coffee pods and bags of tea, herbal tea and sugar.
