Offering you a quiet retreat after all your adventures at the beach and exploring Naples by land or sea. The contactless, keyless self check in works with Wifi door locks and a 4 digit code provided after booking. It is ideal for four people. ) The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed. A Roku TV is in the living room and Master Bed If you select the digital antenna icon from the Roku main menu you have literally hundreds of channels for entertainment. Three Alexa speakers with basic instructions are there for your convenience. The kitchen is fully applianced and equipped. featuring a Microwave, Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher, a Keurig Coffee maker, Farberware hot water heater for tea and more. The spaces are cozy making you feel at home and relaxed right away. The same house rents a Studio next door which is separate from your 2 Bedroom with no shared spaces except for the parking in the front yard. Paul you are one of my favorite guests. I truly appreciate all the things you do that make the turn clean fast and easy for our housekeepers (sometimes ourselves, as in this case). Clean place, trash taken out, towels washed AND folded…..Wow. Clean & Comfortable

My husband stayed and reported that he really liked the location and layout. There were other guests staying in the studio but he never saw them. The unit was clean, comfortable, as advertised with a very cute and private outdoor space in back.

Terrific choice when visiting Naples

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet and Roman was a great host. He keeps his home well-equipped with almost everything you’ll need during your stay. And unlike some properties, the pictures paint a very accurate portrayal of the house. We’ll stay here again the next time we visit Naples.

Nice interior!

The location provided easy access to major roads. The interior was nicely decorated but unfortunately there are areas where you could hear the adjacent guests so easily that you knew when they cleared their throat or what they were talking about.

This little bungalow home is very accommodating. We were a couple of two visiting family and on the go for 10 days ;most important my husband loves to sleep in and sleep and boy will you get that accomplished because the neighborhood is so quiet and the bedroom is all the way in the back and you hear absolutely nothing. The AC and heat both are fantastic. Very well insulated place. We did not cook there. We were going out nonstop, but accommodating kitchen ,refrigerator and the TVs are in both bedrooms , in the living room and on a lovely front porch where we listened to two owls in the late afternoon talk to each other and if there is somebody at the studio next door, it is not a problem and I actually think the pictures is taken from the outside Do not do it justice because that little porch is really nice if you work inside you love your outdoor time ! Roman, Thank you again ..checking in and check out was so easy and I would highly recommend this place ,we know Naples well and the location is fantastic. ladies the bathroom is very small, but great shower spray toilet works perfect the vanity is very small, but there is a shelf and you can rearrange and make room for your makeup and toiletries right there next to the sink.

Roman’s house

Roman is a wonderful host, from providing a beautifully set table with wine, to driving over to replace a missing hair drier. His house is bright, clean & comfortably furnished. There’s a breezy front porch & a sunny garden. The location is perfect, close to everything!

Close to beach

About an 8 minute drive to the beach. Very nice, great size, beach amenities in house to take with you. Many convenient cooking items in kitchen. Neighborhood has some construction and there is an apartment that shares a wall with the house.

January, February and March being the busier month. Our property is 1 mile due East from the Gulf Coast. The 3 beaches we recommend in close proximity to the house with larger parking are: (there’s literally hundreds of beach accesses at every block with about 10 to 12 parking spaces) 1 Via Miramar 2 Lowdermilk Park 3 Clam Pass which is the furthest with a 9 minute drive. You can check on your phone how long it takes from 1313 Ridge Street

Winter Retreat

This was a great place to stay for our winter getaway! As a biker, the location provided easy access to Gulf Shore Blvd. Loved the screened in front porch and having a desk to work from in the master bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped when we wanted to cook and the location provided awesome access to restaurants. In fact, we walked to Mr. Tequila and Blueberry's. Roman was a great host and very responsive to our communication requests. Highly recommend!

Short Stay

Communication was excellent. The house was good for what we needed. Loved sitting out back and enjoying morning coffee admiring the landscaping. Was a little disappointed with the shower. The doors are loose and came off one time. Seems an accident waiting to happen. Everything else was fine.

Thank you for your feedback. I understand the issue with the glass shower door. I normally inspect the work of the housekeepers. What I saw on previous occasions during cleaning both sides of the glass the cleaners dislodge one of the rollers from the top track. I am usually able to rehang the doors before move in. In this case I was out of town. As soon as I am back I will find a bottom track that does not allow so much movement on the glass doors so they will not unhinge during cleaning. Again very valuable feedback and it is much appreciated.

Exactly as described

Roman’s property is on a quiet residential street and in keeping with the information. The place is spotless and very well equipped. We truly enjoyed our stay. The only beauty spot is that the soundproofing in btw this unit and the adjacent studio is not great. So depending what your neighbors will be like you might get some noise disturbance, from loud tv or music etc.

Great house

This house was so enjoyable. The check in was so easy. The house is very clean and close to beaches and restaurants. Roman was so helpful when I reached out to him before arriving. Great place to stay close to the beach.

It's about a 8 minute drive to the main beach lot. The place itself was great with plenty of space, a full kitchen and laundry(good if you have a trip over a week). Something not mentioned in the description is that in addition to beach chairs it has a beach umbrella and a small cooler(has wheels and telescoping handle). Definitely would look this place up again if, or when I want to travel to Naples for the beach again. When going to the beach I recommend going on a weekday as parking is easier. If you're not an early riser you can usually take a couple or few trips around the lot and find some who is leaving. On the weekends good luck.

Thank you for your review. There are also two bikes you could use to go to the beach.. The two public beaches I’d recommend is “Via Miramar” 1.4 miles from the house and “Laudermilk Park” 1.9 miles from the house. Both have large Parking lots. The other beach accesses usually with 8 to 12 spots are mostly for residents only and require a parking sticker from the town. You may get a ticket without that parking sticker. If there is a number at the spot you parked it means you are expected to pay the parking meter which also takes Credit and Debit Cards.

The listing accurately describes the property. The place is a bit dated, but perfect for my needs given that I don't need a pool or to be right next to the beach. I come down to play golf and for that purpose it serves me very well. The owner is terrific and communication with him is prompt and responsive!

The check in was as easy as possible. I loved the place and it’s central location and Roman was a terrific host.
