Newly renovated, first time as the rental property, cozy house is waiting for you! House is 12 minutes away from beautiful Naples Pier and Naples 5th Ave and only 30 minutes away from Fort Myers Airport.
House offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, office space, and headed pool with salt system. The master bedroom has a king bed, attached bath , and access to the lanai. The kids bedroom has to full beds, and shared bathroom with guest bedroom. The guest bedroom a queen bed and designated office space. Two sliding glass doors from living room lead to the screen enclosed lanai with heated pool, lounge chairs, dinning table with chairs and gas grill.
High Speed Wireless internet is included!

We would recommend this beautiful house . Everything was nice and clean . Very close to the beach and restaurants . She is very welcome and help us immediately when we request her help . Pickleball get away with friends

Just seven minutes from the Naples Pickleball Center. The accommodations are very neat and clean. The heated pool makes for a great way to relax after a fun day on the courts. We are coming back to Naples Paradise.

Perfect getaway

We had a great stay here while in Naples! The location was perfect for us and central to all of the things we wanted to do. Some great restaurants close by and super easy to get to the beaches. We loved the pool area and the convenience of having the beach chairs and umbrellas available for us to use. Everything was clean and as described and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had one issue with one of the doors our last day, but the host was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location for visiting Naples!

This location was perfect to be able to get around to anywhere in Naples and was a short trip to the Everglades. The house slept 5 adults comfortably, my only note would be that although the air conditioner worked well in the kitchen and living room, the bedrooms remained somewhat warm. There was also not a stocked supply of paper products so we had to purchase those. But there were plenty of shower towels and beach towels if needed. I would stay here again, thanks!

Relaxing stay in Naples

House was clean except for under the couch - when the sections moved apart - the floor was very dirty. Host was responsive. Check in was 4pm - but that’s when the sprinklers were on so offloading was impossible. Lawn needed cutting. All in all - a good value - close to beach and shopping. Host was extremely responsive.

Great for families!

We had a fun stay here with our two kids. The house was well-equipped, and the pool was fabulous. Nice accommodations for a low price! Quiet neighborhood was great for walks and relaxing outside. Only complaint was that it was clear the floors and couch were not vacuumed prior to our arrival. This seemed like an oversight since the house was otherwise clean. Property owner responded quickly to our email and was apologetic.

Perfect vacation home!

The house is exactly what we were hoping for! It has everything inside that you would need to enjoy the week! It was also very close to Publix and other stores you may want. The pool was perfect! We drove to Vanderbilt Beach and it was clean even with Red Tide that was thankfully ending! We drove to Tin City to do a little shopping as well. Lots of great restaurants nearby! Thank you Aneta for being a wonderful host in your adorable pink house! 💗

Naples house

We had a very nice stay, the home was smaller than pictured but very comfortable as long as its nice outdoors. The pool heater wasn’t working but with the help of the property manager we got that fixed. Make sure to bring condiments, none except salt and pepper, also paper plates and towels. Everything else was great, nice tv’s and decent beds.

Pool/ lanai is a highlight!

Central location. Pool and lanai were great. Pleasantly surprised it was a salt water pool too. Happy to find beach chairs, towels and even boogie boards for us to use. Clean inside. Great couch/ TV area. Air hockey table is cool, but takes up a lot of space on main level. Property a little more run down than we thought - kitchen sink and shower and tub would use reglazing, refresh. Kitchen cabinets a bit wonky. Wish there were more house products stocked - garbage bags, tissues, TP, etc. We ran out of the very limited supply early. Screen over pool had a couple open/ ripped areas. But beds were very comfy and towels plentiful. Easy access to downtown Naples (15 min drive) and lots of shopping close to VRBO.
