This private luxury mountain home is located just outside downtown Asheville, atop Town Mountain, in an exclusive and private neighborhood, with views overlooking North Asheville, mountains and more; an easy 5 minutes down the mountain, and less than 10 minutes to downtown Asheville. Extremely close to the Biltmore Estate, the River Arts District and West Asheville with its energetic & eclectic collection of restaurants and shops! You are app. 25 minutes to Asheville Regional airport. Bottom line; you are essentially close to "everything" in and around Asheville. The home is accessed via only paved roads.

Asheville Mountain Alchemy made its premiere to Yonder in 2021. However, this spectacular destination lodge has been entertaining travelers for years & is becoming one of the most popular homes in our Yonder luxury portfolio, and very quickly became one of the most requested! It is not surprising when you put a terrific estate property & home together with simply spectacular views, outdoor spaces & amenities.

Asheville Mountain Alchemy is a 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom Modern rustic retreat . It features top of the line amenities, two outdoor decks overlooking the mountains, with ample seating and a Weber grill. Enjoy the fire pit gathering area for a true mountain experience. The upper and lower decks allow our guests to experience the breathtaking long range views of the Blue Ridge Mountain.

The home boasts a private deck, located off the living room which offers patio furniture for 12 and a Weber BBQ Grill for outdoor cooking and entertainment. The lower deck, located off the downstairs bedroom suite, offers private viewing of nearby ridges and robust fall foliage. The newly renovated kitchen, located off the living room, has its own large quartz, shiplap island with a gas cooktop. The kitchen offers state of the art stainless steel appliances, double ovens, quartz countertops, and is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and appliances needed for creating wonderful meals, all while enjoying the view.

The main living room features a fireplace with a 65" Smart TV. Comfy seating for 12 people. The nearby Dining area offers a large dining table( seating for 12) hand made by a local artisan using local sustainably harvested wood. The main living area has a queen/ twin bedroom suite with an adjacent bathroom. The downstairs living room has large smart TV, and various other games. The home affords free WiFi and Smart TV's in all living areas and bedrooms. All mattresses are allergy free, memory foam, with organic duvets. Ample bedding and comforters are available for chilly nights.

At the close of your day, stroll down to our fire pit and watch the stars appear as the birds serenade you before nightfall. Asheville Mountain Alchemy is conveniently located one block from its sister property Mountain Vista Alchemy. The close proximity of the two properties is ideal for large family get togethers.

While everyone enjoys the outdoor views, amenities & more, for those that just want to kick back and relax, you can pull up a chair and take in the view, (the long & short range views are spectacular!!), observe the night as it fills with stars, and watch the fireflies come out to play in your backyard. Quiet Policy: Please note that the home/estate property is located in a very private, quiet and exclusive mountain neighborhood community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the mountain neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Larger Groups: Asheville Mountain Alchemy is located one block away (walking distance) from it's sister property, Mountain Vista Alchemy, & it can be a perfect getaway combination for large family reunions. Speak with a Yonder representative about renting both properties together.

PETS: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. NO exceptions. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby.
